Great quality and very responsive
I ordered a grooming bar for my tricky to groom dog. It arrived very quickly and was really well made. The problem was that my dog was too big for it. This was all on me as the dimensions were clearly given. I contacted the company who replied really promptly and gave me clear instructions about how to return the item. I did this and have received a refund. The quality of the grooming bar looked great. I really can’t fault this company

The electric grooming table i bought was really good quality and great value for money. It's quiet and smooth wish I had bought one years ago. Pro groomers were very efficient and kept me up to date re delivery which was very quick. I have already recommended this company to my friends and would definitely buy from them in the future.

I would have preferred a exchange instead of a refund but did not get a response from the company , if a exchange was not possible due to not having the item l needed that’s fine but know communication .
