Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company.

Business model:
They will phish your card details on a tacky looking facebook advert (got me in a weak moment), then the next thing you know they will take £40.99 from your account. Apparently you have entered an agreement with the company for their shambolic looking scam (growth, business, whatever) authorising a monthly payment. But you haven't.

Upon reporting fraud with your bank they will say you need to find the company (not easy, you will find a completely unrelated email in your spam folder) and get a cancellation number which they won't provide.

These people are not to be trusted.

I can cancelled my auto membership…

I can cancelled my auto membership before the period they would take the money. However they still took the money and I have never received the refund even though said it will be received within 5 working days that's was nearly 2 months ago. They have been avoiding all contact since

The payment for £41 was taken and was never received back, the 3 days I did cancel when I realised it wasn't what I had thought I'd brought. The review will not change until the payment has been received.

On our records, you enrolled on 01/11/2024 in a 3 day trial campaign to access our website. We sent a registration mail with the details regarding your registration to your mail address on the same date.

Since the subscription was not canceled within the 3-day trial, it was renewed to a regular subscription.

Please note that you received the Reminder email which contains the membership and billing information upon your registration. All our subscribers are free to cancel the membership at any time.

If you believe there has been an instance of abuse of some kind and that the membership was obtained in a fraudulent manner, please forward all relevant information so we can evaluate the situation. We are committed to addressing such cases with utmost scrutiny.

We received an automatic fraud alert from a third party (VMPI) which resulted in the account being canceled on 12/11/2024 and the payment of 41.00 GBP refunded. We believe this alert was triggered when the customer reported his card stolen.

In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, we are willing to offer a refund of your initial payment (3.00 GBP). We would only kindly ask you to remove or change your review on Trustpilot so as to avoid any reputational damage it could cause to our company.
