Following installation of a boiler in May 24 , we had a big issue and the boiler was turned off by national grid due to concerns . I contacted Slater and her manager who responded immediately and the installers visited the next day and fixed the issue . A speedy and super organised response - thank you
I had a broken boiler. However, my boiler did not qualify for the Eco4 scheme. But, these guys installed my boiler based on my loft insulation and internal wall insulation which was a really great help for me. Great customer service on top. Thanks

Thanks to these guys, our heating problem is solved. we did not had any heating and then we applied at their website. The process was really quick with excellent customer service. They provided us boiler within a week while also providing us internal wall insulation and loft insulation as well. We strongly recommend these guys.
