Had charger sent to me incorrectly and took about a month to be able to ride it once bought and the battery life is no where near as good as it says on the website

In terms of scooters I think this scooter is great for having fun or getting to work as it is fast and comfortable ride

I bought it because my husband found it on the internet and says I will be happy. He was right. This is the best money spent. Scooter is crazy and I recommend it to anyone who plans to buy a scooter.

Definitely recommend purchased a kugoo g2 pro and arrived very quick and in perfect condition no issues!

I bought a Scooter from this company on the 6th of October 2022. Kugoo G2 Pro Electric Scooter. Order Number PES11513709. I returned the scooter back to company 1 month ago, and they kept saying they didn't recieved it and they blame it on their courier service.
I do not believe this company, I have their silly replies, and they don't refund my money back. I will take an action against them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received and email from one of your team saying:

“ We are pleased to inform you that your pre-order will be shipped out earlier than the expected delivery date. Your order will be shipped today and you can expect to receive this tomorrow. You may have received an email confirming the shipping details, the tracking will become live once the courier has collected your order and it is on its way to you.”

This email was sent to me on Thursday 3rd November.
Since then I did not receive any shipping details or the parcel. I tried to contact you and my emails are being ignored.

Can someone contact me asap and tell me what’s going on with my order?

****UPDATE****

I’ve been contacted by the company saying the email was sent by error.

There a good company but I had to pay for the shipping back to them for warranty purposes and also had to pay for the repairs that were faulty when I got it had to pay £190 and was messed around for just under 2 weeks but the quality is amazing

Excellent in every way Delivery process . customer service also communication . And if all goes to plan tomorrow my sons scooter will arrive before the estimated delivery day .. thanks again

I cannot fault the service. I ordered two scooters and received good communication and delivery. Well recommended.

I received my e-scooter & extra battery pack with no issues, my friend who recommended the site also received his the week prior to mine… their customer service is great also, they reply straight away… so I can only assume angry customers are leaving bad reviews… I ordered the x7 10” model with replaceable battery & it hit 21mph straight away which is great for the fair price of that model.

Don’t buy, sent faulty item, item box arrived damaged and was delayed
