Been using this for months
Been using this for months, superb product, with such variety. After using many other high quality brands, our golden retriever frequently got bored and was going off her food. Since using pro dog Daphne licks the bowl completely clean, really higher quality with a huge selection. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and as long as she is happy we are happy.

Have used this company for quite a few years now and my babies love it. Service and price are great if I have an issue it is always dealt with quickly and professionally. Plenty of variations to choose from mine are on the chickenless bundle due to our pocket bully having an allergy to it and it has sorted her out I usually defrost a couple of different flavours so I can appease all my fussy pack. Can’t recommend this business enough just brilliant.

Prodog chicken complete.
Prodog chicken complete is the only food I've found that my dog can tolerate and I've tried alot!
My dog has several food intolerances,sensitivity and allergies. This single protein raw food had no nasty additives or bulking ingredients, it really is the best out there.
The website is easy to use and has plenty of information along with excellent customer services, should you need them.
I have a regular subscription which has free delivery and means I don't have to worry about running out, once you set it up Prodog do the rest.
I highly recommend the food and the company. I wouldn't use anything else.
My dog is now healthy and thriving and she seems to really enjoy it, empty bowl everyday!
Only the best for my dog!

Great service…
great service any problems are dealt with promptly. Dogs love the food. Ordering is easy and as we live near we can pick it up. What more can I say apart from I recommend.

Excellent quality food that my dog loves
The food is very good quality and the ingredients are clearly labelled. The food is always delivered on time. If I have a query the team always responds quickly.
Most importantly of all my dog loves it and is in very good condition.

I’ve been using Prodog Raw for nearly 6 years for my 4 boxer dogs and is a great quality raw food my dogs love every single flavour so I buy multiple bundles, their customer service is fantastic and efficient and knowledgable wether it’s about your order or if you need advice they reply to any query very quickly I highly recommend this company

Have been using Pro Dog Raw for quite a few years now, never had any issues with the product or delivery, apart from my last one which arrived late and partly defrosted. Contacted customer service who were extremely helpful and reassured me all would be well. Raw diet is the best for your dog.

Multiple stolen deliveries - Never trusting them again.
Food is decent, but the support is terrible. I've had the delivery drivers leave the package in the street!! calling it "front porch" (to avoid going around back to actually put it in the recomended slot which take 3 mins more..because low cost deliveries..yeild low value results) . First time,the support people appologised profusely and sent me a replacement. Then they used a different company, and I gave them great feedback for switching. Now they are back to the old, i've had my parcel stolen..again, and not a peep from my support ticket. Guess i am now just out of 60+£ and worse than that, my pups have to go on other type of food until i find a raw food replacement. Never ever ever buying from them again. Is it that difficult to actually deliver the goods? Even amazon has this figured out.
Update: the team commented i had no delivery instructions, but i did (as you see in the original review too) and I can prove with a screenshot. They just sent me away without asking me this. Also, it was the 3rd time this has happened so I wanted to give the 1 star and make sure everyone knows this company is not to be trusted and I will not order from them again. They have interacted 3 times more so far on this review than on my support ticket. What does that say about their priorities.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re really pleased to hear you rate the food so highly. We’re very sorry for the frustration you’ve had with the delivery. We did reply to your support ticket to explain that a safe place had not been advised to the courier company, which unfortunately meant the driver had no instructions to follow on your recent delivery.
We always recommend updating delivery preferences directly with the courier in their app with the email you use for ordering your food, so your parcel can be left safely. By doing this, the delivery details, including your safe place will remain on your account with them.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when deliveries don’t go smoothly, especially when it impacts your dogs meals, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to support you and will also raise this with the courier as feedback for them.

Love ProDog
Love ProDog, have been using them for years now and my dog is so healthy, lean, with good teeth and plenty of energy. I was really pleased to find these guys at a pet show at the NEC years ago and have not stopped using them since. It's so convenient too, deliveries to your door with a subscription so you never run out and never have to remember to order it. Just can't fault them.

We've used ProDog for years now my 2 love the different verities of meat and thrive on it we also asked questions regarding different bundles and chose the one we thought was more suitable for us its easy enough to chose a bundle request a delivery automatically and pay for the order you get a 5% discount and a points system that helps save more money the company are easy to contact for issues and always helpful 😀

So far, so good!
So far, so good. After a fair bit of research in to raw dog food, I decided to go with ProDog as I like the look of the choice, the subscription service and the general feedback.
Received my order this week in good time, ive used things like muscle food in the past so have a good expectation of food deliveries, and the dog food came in good condition, slightly defrosted but nothing a refreeze wouldn't sort.
My only recommendation would be another cold pack I think would keep it completely frozen, and the website isn't the best to navigate, looks great, but found it a bit laggy and lacking in order and delivery details.
Other than that, I pick up the puppy tomorrow and as long as she likes the food, I'll be back for more.

If your pup has been on raw since being weaned, this should be straightforward. If your little one has been on dry or wet food, it's a big change and slow switch may suit best. Moving home is challenging for many pups, so please, if you would like support with feeding or behaviour, do get in touch, our in-house behaviourist, Caroline Spencer, will be more than happy to advise you.

Really impressed
Service was great. Delivery was literally next day and everything was still frozen even the ice packs. I really like the tubs it comes in as it make life easier. Most of all the quality of the meat it's self is 2nd to none and our brand new 9 week old puppy makes it disappear in seconds and spends a few minutes licking the bowl clean. I will definitely be using prodog for the foreseeable future.

Very impressed
This is the third raw food product I have used over the past 10 years and so far I am extremely impressed. Lots of choice and I especially like the bundle options and the subscription discount. More importantly our two wire haired vizslas seem very happy with the new food and especially the new variety of flavours. Packaging is excellent and the consistency of the food is the best I've used. Not at all watery and sloppy. Customer service has been great and the online ordering process very easy to use. Having a chat with the in house nutritionist was also very useful and helpful.

Variety and Quality dog food at good prices.
We have two 12 year old dogs who have been fed raw all their lives. We find that the quality and variety of meats that Pro Dog Raw provide are favourites with our dogs and it shows in their zest for life and energy they still exude. I've been using this brand for a few…
I've been using this brand for a few years now and have recently taken out a subscription for one of the single protein options (as I have one dog with allergies). Customer service has always been very helpful in sorting out any changes I have needed to make.
All my dogs love the food, the packaging is robust and delivery is efficient.

I reached out to the nutritionist…
I reached out to the nutritionist before making any purchases as new to feeding raw and I wanted information and guidance. That was exactly what I got. Alison is very helpful and informative. Also patient due to overprotective dog mum. I valued her guidance. My dog has been on raw for 2 weeks now. He loves it, licks the bowl clean and just seems lighter/happier. He has allergies and anal gland issues so getting as much information as possible was critical. I am a very happy dog mum.
P.s there was a slight issue with the delivery on the part of DHL but all was sorted as soon as possible and a check up phone call to make sure all was good was truly appreciated.

ProDog Raw makes feeding your dog raw food easy
My Collie absolutely loves this food, always licking her bowl clean several times! Her coat is shiny and healthy and her teeth are gleaming white! This is ever since she started on raw food. I don't have a big freezer so the subscription with ProDog Raw makes it easy to reorder at the right time. A few times I've needed to ask for advice and the customer service is the best I've ever come across; helpful and prompt replies.

Great selection of complete meals for my puppies which they love. The treats are also a hit, we use a lot in training them! I also experienced a problem with one order not arriving which was the fault of the courier. A short telephone call to this company and their efficiency meant it arrived the next day. I am more than happy to recommend Pro Raw as an excellent all round organisation.
