Today I received the rotors, but I was very disappointed.
The description states “Please note that while these rotors are gently used, they may exhibit signs of wear.”.
You indicate on your site the minimum thickness of the rotors to be 1.5 mm.
“ What is the minimum thickness for Dura-Ace rotors? : The minimum thickness for Shimano Dura-Ace rotors is typically around 1.5mm. However, it's important to consult the specific technical specifications provided by Shimano for your particular rotor model to ensure safe operation and optimal braking performance.”

But you supply discs with a thickness of 1.60-1.61 mm.
I don't call that “gently used”.
I am very disappointed in the rotors you provided.
Unfortunately, the rotors have already been paid. I would really appreciate it if you would take it back free of charge. You don't sell rotors that are so worn as gently used!!

Up to date I have made 6 purchases through this site. 5 of the items arrived without any problems, as discribed in the website, and always within the estimated time by the delivery services. In the only one that there was a problem (exchange of order with another customer), this was quickly corrected and helped by customer service. I would like to highlight the professionalism in solving this problem, congratulations.

I placed items into the cart but has consecutive payment failures using MasterCard, bank account to card and PayPal. I have zero issues anywhere else. I emailed the store no reply. It the next day items in my cart and the store had vanished...hmmmm. They need to fix their inventory system to cart and reply to customers emails. Taking my money elsewhere.
