Honestly, I regret choosing this hosting provider. From day one, the server was painfully slow and went down constantly. My website was practically unusable, and every time I checked, something was either broken or not loading properly. Features that were clearly listed on their website simply didn't work, I had to figure things out myself because there was no real support.
Then came the billing issues. Charges that didn't make sense, no proper explanation, nothing.
The worst part? When I contacted customer support hoping for help, I was met with a rude and aggressive representative who clearly had no patience for customers. Instead of trying to solve my problem, they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and left my issues completely unresolved. I've dealt with bad support before, but this was on another level.
I eventually had to move away from this host entirely. Save yourself the frustration and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of reliable hosting providers out there who actually respect their customers.

The whole team is really helpful and just on time. Always eager to help with any website setup and configuration issue as i was kind of a noob in this. And they promptly helped me fixing my problems. Their hosting service is also great and affordable. Value for money.
