Swift and efficient service. Really happy

Product arrived promplty and exaclty as described.

Found what I wanted. Ordered. Didn’t receive tracking. After 3 days hadn’t received tracking. Emailed. Reply within a couple of hours saying there was a problem in the tracking and put it right. Received item next day as expected. Quick and honest response to and sorting out of an issue…….good service

Item in better condition than described. Excellent service.

Helpful, friendly team that respond quickly to queries. Very useful website to source parts for building or upgrading bikes. Reasonable prices and the reassurance that parts have been inspected for defects before being sold. Love the grading system and multiple photos of parts so that you know exactly what you’re getting. This helps making a purchase easy with no unrealistic expectations. Keep up the good work!

Equipment arrived very quickly and exactly as described. What more could you want? Thanks.

I didn’t receive my order, courier returned it for no reason. No one came back to me with an update. I requested a refund which was duly actioned.

Found Cycletrade on a routine google search and subsequently submitted a valuable item for their considerstion to purchase. Communication was excellent at all times - prompt, courteous and very professional. A mutually fair deal was struck and within 24 hours the agreed sale price was in my bank account! I highly recommend Cycletrade as a buyer of high quality bicycle components.

I bought the r/h side of a Shimano chainset with like new chainrings, The price was very reasonable and it arrived a few days later.
Excellent service

Everything happened as it should and item in condition described, arrived quickly too

An excellent source for used and nearly new bike bits. Sensibly priced and with fast delivery.

I struggled to get parts. For an old 9x3 MTB.
Cycletrade came up with the goods.
Great price and fast delivery.

Due to the nature of supply chains at the moment. The part was available, so that is a win. Overall part arrived quickly and the price was not completely unfair. Overall happy with the service and communication.

Really unhappy. Ordered pair of TRP Spyre brake calipers, listed as 'Grade B', ie used but fully functional. It immediately became clear this was not the case. The cable barrel adjuster on one caliper had broken. when I tried to unscrew the barrel adjuster on the other caliper, it broke, leaving the threaded part seized into the caliper body. The pad in/out adjustment doesn't work on either caliper, and one caliper is missing part of this in/out assembly. The brake pads look unused... unfortunately they are the wrong type for this brake. They can be pushed forward or back about a centimetre when fitted into the caliper. Now I've got the faff of returning these brakes for my refund.

Easy to use site, placed an order Sunday evening and received a dispatch notification on the Monday morning. The items came as described and pictured. Would use again and recommend to others.

I had some bike spares left over from a project and approached Cycle trade to see if they were interested, they were friendly efficient and honest, and offered me a fair price. They emailed me a purchase order and sent the money to my account on the day they received my items. Would highly recommend them and wish them continued well deserved success... Fred

The staff from cycletrade were very kind and helpful helping me out with my enquiries. Great shop 😁

Very helpful customer service. Frame arrived in good time and as described. Pictures clearly show the products and exactly what you get.
Had been looking for a vintage Trek OCLV for a long time and they had exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a Giant TCR frameset between Xmas & New Year. The item was exactly as described. It arrived the following Friday 👍. Allowing for Bank Holidays & the NY weekend it was a very speedy dispatch. The frameset was wrapped with lots of bubble wrap and in a decent sized frame box 👍📦. This was my first purchase through Cycle Trade UK and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future be it selling or buying.
