First of all let me start with saying that historically I've bought 4 BMs from them in total.
Within the span of me buying 3 of the 4 BMs, I did get them in a timely manner. After running these three BMs for 2 days, I was immediately banned. I gave them enough time to give me a replacement which was about 2-3 days. After being met with, "yes you'll be given the BM today" day after day, I was met with disappointment.
I requested a refund and their customer service team does every single tactic to try to delay from refunding you. Something in their operations is broken as they don't know how to deliver a good product nor will they ever refund you. This company is pathetic. Do not buy from this company.

You mistakenly sent payment to the wrong wallet address, which we clearly do not control. We explained this to you immediately and informed you that we cannot deliver assets for payments we haven’t received, a standard business practice.
Your claim about being denied a refund or replacement is misleading and inaccurate, as no valid transaction was completed with us for that specific order.
We're transparent with all our customers, and we always aim to resolve issues fairly, but we cannot be held responsible for errors that are out of our control.

Great support
I purchased a basic setup to avoid bans. Their support is great. They'll answer any questions you have and will walk you through the set up step by step (lengthy but worth it). After a couple of the provided profiles were restricted they were quick to replace them cost free. Just started running ads, the process can be slow and Facebook seems to take a while to warm up the ad accounts but so far so good. Would recommend.
