As part of a fresh setup and on their expert advice, I purchased two profiles, one BM, and two pages.
After experiencing difficulties and restrictions with the profiles provided, two new ones were quickly supplied as replacements. Pro Ads are very attentive (don't hesitate to explain any issues again), available, and always accommodating. They are able to take control of assets if necessary to fix any problems. Today, my setup is complete and functional, and I know that I can count on Pro Ads if any problems arise. All I need to do now is have a great Q4. In any case, I recommend their services!

At no point have we ever “stolen” an account or used client funds – that simply never happened. If such an issue were ever to occur, we are always here to fully support our clients and resolve matters quickly and transparently.
Regarding restricted accounts, please note that restrictions most often occur due to usage or activities outside of our control. Still, we have always provided replacements within warranty whenever a genuine issue was verified.
We welcome the reviewer to provide order details and proper proof so we can investigate, as we cannot verify any of these claims from what has been posted. Without verified evidence, statements like these are unfair and misleading.

The main reason im writing this review is to compliment their continue help throughout this process. Ive asked 101 questions about setups and troubleshooting over the last year and everytime they are quick to answer and happy to help, no matter how long its been since purchase. On subjects as sensitive as account setups the wrong move can be costly and time sensitive, so help is much appreciated!

Terrible experience. Sold unusable Business Manager
I bought a “verified” Facebook Business Manager on May 6th and got access on the 13th—only to find it was already restricted the moment I joined.
Since then the BM was disabled or restricted four time without me taking any action and each time they insisted I first request a Facebook review and “wait 6–7 hours,” then “5–6 hours,” then “a couple of days,”.
Each time the BM came back, it got disabled again and they’d promise, “Once it’s back, we’ll send you a replacement.” But as soon as it was restored, they changed their tune to “Next time it’s rejected, we’ll replace it.”
I repeatedly asked for a replacement or a refund, but was given only generic guides and endless waiting periods. If you need a working Business Manager, look elsewhere. This seller’s product was unusable, and their support are liars.

Your first Business Manager was delivered on time and was fully available when handed over. Unfortunately, it was disabled due to activity on your end, not due to any issue with the product itself. Despite this, we still replaced it for you, going beyond our standard policy.
When we offered a replacement after that, you were not available to accept it in a timely manner, and by the time you did, an unfortunate situation led to that Business Manager also being banned. However, it’s not accurate to say it was banned six times, as you mentioned, this is misleading.
We supported you every step of the way and even offered another replacement afterwards, which you chose to ignore before leaving this negative review.
We understand your frustration, but we always do our best to help our customers. Thank you for your time.
