An amazing experience from start to finish. Referred by my Physiotherapist, appointment arranged by Zak within 2 working days. Scan completed on the evening of the 2nd day. Excellent service from Zak. Welcoming, respectful & friendly gentleman.Headphones supplied due to the loud noises of scanning machine & very much appreciated. Results received within 36 hours by my Physiotherapist. I can’t Zak enough for the speedy appointment & results. Definitely would used Proscan in the future.

I had an appointment with my physiotherapist at Physiofusion who, after a thorough investigation, recommended that an MRI scan would be beneficial in determining the problem with my foot.

I was referred to Pro Scan Imaging by the physiotherapist on the same day and received an acknowledgement from someone called Zak at Pro Scan the following morning. The communication from Zak / Pro Scan was extremely detailed and informative. The day after I received the appointment for my scan with only a couple of days to wait.

The scan itself went very smoothly and was run very professionally. Two days later I received notification from Pro Scan that the consultant radiologist had reviewed my scan and forwarded the report to my physiotherapist who I will be seeing within the next couple of days. This would have taken several weeks under the NHS.

I am extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service from Pro Scan Imaging and would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Zak performed my MRI scan yesterday and was excellent throughout. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and really helped put me at ease during the scan. His calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience much less stressful. Great service from start to finish, I contact Pro Scan Tuesday morning and was booked in that afternoon and received my detailed results the following evening. Would 100% recommend.

From initial contact and to having the MRI scan was very quick. The report arrived less than 24hrs after.
Zak the radiologist has a lovely calm manner and was very reassuring. I am very claustrophobic..so thanks Zak.

Pro scan mri scanning is run efficiently and professionally, Zac the radiographer is excellent. All the staff are kind and courteous. Results are interpreted and e mailed back to the patient very promptly. They provide a great service. They also use My GP in Northwich. Same high standard service there also. Thanks you everyone

Poor experience unclean, long wait, did not explain process, tried to stick me with a needle to give me med. Hurt my hand trying to find a vein, Would not recommend .

I have had multiple (20+) experiences with Proscan over the last 12 years. Without exception, every visit has been a pain to contact them, schedule with them and get prompt service. Always late and always are indifferent to the patient's time. They don't care.
Proscan is owned by one guy and there's little competition, so they don't care.
The technicians seem competent, but the staff qualified not for customer service, but as Directors of Customer Prevention.

Fantastic service. Zak was professional , friendly and always had a smile.
He explained the process to me and made me relax. I advised him I was claustrophobic and a tip for anyone is take a blind fold with you. I took my sleep mask. Zak told me I was only in up to my waist to feel the breeze on my skin. Which made the whole experience easier. Thank you Zak you was my hero.
