I ordered a Nikon 16-80mm zoom lens which was very well packaged and arrived promptly (2 working days). The lens was in a white box (which usually means it is from a kit that has been separated out, NOT that it is a grey import!) and all guarantees, paperwork etc was correctly in order.
The lens is of course outstanding and Pro Camera offered a very competitive price.
I am a VERY happy customer.
Concerns were unfounded.
Ordered the new Canon 100-400 from Pro-Camera on Saturday 6 October, had problems with my PayPal account as not sure payment had gone through, also an e-mail from PayPal stating suspicious activity. E-mailed Pro-Camera sales, had a reply from Liz within 30 minutes stating they had my order had been received and would be delivered on Tuesday 9 October.
Like a number of reviews on Trustpilot was a bit sceptical, also as payment made to Middleton Hill Ltd that if you do a company search is a Postal and Courier Company in Repton with very little assets. Again e-mailed them (Liz), quick reply again stating that Middleton Hill is the trading company of Pro-Camera and a tracking reference for UPS would be available on Tuesday. I sent an e-mail to Liz early Tuesday for the tracking reference, again a quick response, as it happened UPS were at the front door just as I read the e-mail.
The package was well packed and the lens was sound, also it came with a Europe Warranty Card. Registered it straight away on the Canon site: no problems, in-fact had an e-mail from Canon confirming the registration.
Not sure how this company's systems works and able to offer these prices for UK stock (Canon). They also have other web sites, Next Day Cameras & Ashton Little, their web site has limited functionality, no order records or on-line tracking but it all seems to work. My fears were unfounded. Would I order from them again; Yes if the price was right for my requirement. My next purchase will be an extender for the lens, checking with other web company's Pro-Camera are £45 cheaper.

Based upon some of the Trustpilot reviews (thank you!), I took a chance and ordered a Fuji XF 16mm F1.4 R WR lens at hundred quid below the nearest competitor.
The lens arrived within a few days (no tracking, but didn't need it) by UPS, as described, brand new, well-packed, in Fuji box, complete. Warranty registration on Fuji was straightforward. Will use again.

I bought a set of DJI RE Goggles from this site. I was concerned as the price was very favourable but I had no knowledge of the retailer. However, I was also new to business once and I needed customers to try my services too! That said, the fact I could pay by PayPal and use my linked credit card gave me added confidence that I would not be left out of pocket if all went awry! Less than 48 hrs after ordering - my package arrived by courier service. The goods are exactly as described and I have made a saving of around £150! Perfect! I will 100% use these guys again.

Was initially sceptical after reading some comments that seemed to question the legitimacy of this company and its products. However, I ordered close to 2k worth of Drone and related gear, delivered exactly when they said and received exactly what I ordered. Having trawled the internet for a new camera lens I came across Pro-camera, I found the lens I was after for considerably less than amazon and some mainstream retailers. I was still unsure after purchasing from them, I received confirmation but no delivery details. I sent an email to find out and received a reply within an hour, the lens arrived as they said it would, the genuine article and I would recommend pro camera to anyone looking to buy for that little bit less!
UPDATE ON "RECEIVED CHEAP CAMERA BAG INSTEAD OF CANON CAMERA!"
Further to my previous review (see below) ... Pro Camera did in fact contact me, stating "We were unable to deliver your camera before the Bank Holiday weekend due to the volume of orders we were handling and it will now arrive with you on Wednesday. We have however seen a review you have left on Trust Pilot. If this is removed then we will be able to proceed with your delivery, otherwise unfortunately it will need to be cancelled."
On opting to cancel, they advised we could keep the camera bag (sent without anything to say who had sent it) as a "courtesy".... which begs the question, how did they find the time to sent that but not the camera in the first place?
I also cant help wondering whether they would have responded to me if I hadn't placed this review online.
That said, they did refund our money in full, hence amending my rating.

I am really concerned. Having placed an order for a Canon G1X Mark III (order number DR463910003398) on 21st August 2018, I did not receive an email confirmation of the order, but on emailing the company after the order was placed, Liz responded within 3 minutes confirming the camera would be delivered on Friday (Yesterday).
However yesterday I received via UPS from Derby a box without any markings, dispatch note or return address with a cheap camcorder bag inside, no camera. On emailing the company at 14:00 asking about this parcel and requesting my tracking details, I have had no response. I have chased again today via email, still no response. I have tried to contact via the telephone number of their website but this just goes through to call handling messaging service that clearly services a number of companies.
DP Review mentions this could be a scam? I need some reassurance asap.

Purchased a Canon 80D body DSLR at a very good price compared to other outlets. Next day delivery as stated. I have registered the camera on my canon website for guarantee with no problems. Only thing I would say it would be nice to get an email update from pro-camera that the order had been processed and dispatched. I got a email confirming initial order and then a UPS delivery notice for a parcel to be delivered next day. Just that extra email to give people assurance would be fab.

I recently purchased a Nikon lens at a price 10% lower than the competition. Was delivered next business day by UPS as promised, and brand new as ordered.
The lens registered with Nikon without difficulty; clearly is not a grey import etc.
Only downside of Pro-Camera is that you get no dispatch or tracking information, simply an e-mailed order confirmation. However an e-mail to their sales team resulted in very prompt answer,

The true mark of any company is not when things go right, it's when things go wrong.
Most of the reviews here discuss the sales and delivery process which to be fair is not the part you ever want to really pay much heed to.
I purchased a Canon EOS 80D 3 months ago from Pro Camera. The in-built flash failed and refuses to fire. Their "technical support", is at best, what you'd find on any forum and useless. You don't buy an expensive DSLR and expect "have you got the flash setting enabled" type questions.
They have been reluctant to commit to a repair estimate, so we have had to approach an official Canon Repair Centre for the repairs instead who advised us that purchasing from Pro-Camera may not allow them claim the cost back to repair under warranty. This is something else to consider should you encounter problems and you need a speedy repair for your business.
When you challenge them for a refund or anything else, and are fully within your rights under the Consumer Rights Act, they then ignore your emails and refuse to respond any further.
Their phone number is a generic answerphone that nobody picks up primarily because it services a number of companies and you've to quote which company you've dealt with in your message.
All in all, avoid like the plague. The prices are low for a reason, and you'll be paying a higher price when things go wrong.

I have just had my first purchase delivered from Pro Camera. I can`t praise them enough, I placed the order for a Nikon camera and telephoto lens deal on Friday evening well after their cut off time. I received an immediate email to confirm the order. I emailed them back on Monday lunch time to ask about expected delivery as they say next day. I had an email back from Liz in sales in about 5 mins saying the camera would be delivered the next day. As good as their word my order was delivered via UPS at 08:15 om Tues. Great service and great prices £120 cheaper than Amazon and a lot more than that compared to other high St suppliers. I was dubious at 1st as it seemed to good to be true, I had nothing to fear. I`m well pleased and will definitely be using them again.

I made a purchase of Canon 7D mark ii on the the 7/3/18. They promise the delivery will be arriving on the 13/03, took the day off and my camera did not arrive. Send an email and again, Andrea promised the camera was going to delivered via UPS on the 16/03. Unfortunately, again, they did not send my camera. After the exchange of another email, Andrea promised that the camera was going to be definitely delivered on the 20/03, today. But nothing yet. Have send many emails and phone calls without any replay.
Absolute bargain
Got a fantastic deal through pro-camera and couldn’t be happier with the product. I would highly recommend using them and can say they are very upfront about any questions you may have. My only gripe would be that when I asked for a delivery date I was told Friday but it never came and I wasn’t notified, it meant that I was waiting all day for a delivery at home and essentially just wasting my time. When I emailed to ask what happened I was told that my delivery date was now Tuesday. She did apologise in fairness and this probably wasn’t the companies fault but it would have been nice to have been told without having to ask. It wasn’t until my third email on Monday that I was finally sent a tracking number for my parcel. This was so much better and I think It would have been great to have this from the start. So all in all I was very impressed with the product and pricing but clearer delivery tracking would be much appreciated. Oh and I can also say that every email I sent was responded to almost immediately, they really are very good at getting back to you for any questions you have!
