I won 125$ on modo and cashed out a Kroger gift card from Prizeout that should have been sent on 2/9/26. I have emailed every single day and gotten nothing except the same pre generated email twice that says something about a technical issue. I am livid and can get NO ONE to help me!!

If I could give no stars I would. It has been over a week since I submitted for my card and still have not received it and no one is emailing me back. I will be reaching out to the appropriate people. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Prizeout is so fast and easy to use... plus the bonuses are incredible!

I didn't get all my gift cards

Gift cards don’t work even when placed in app. This site is fraud and the authorities will be contacted

I have emailed multiple times and keep getting the same response that prizeout will be contact me back in a few hours. Also I was given an invalid eBay code and have still not received a new or redeemable eBay code back. I just keep getting the same email, that prizeout will be with me shortly.

Great experience every single time I’ve used prizeout, so that makes it easy to say I will definitely use again.

It was great to win but the waiting time is no fun

I really like how they expedite the gift cards and they are available almost immediately. However, in the past there seemed to be a bigger selection of gift cards available (ie: Sam's Club, Best Buy, and others).

Gift cards were received quickly and were very easy to access and add to my digital wallet!

how fast my redemption are and the easiest way to get my gift cards thanks 👍

They took away Sam’s and Sheetz and there’s no Food Lion or Target.. please bring back Sam’s and Sheetz and maybe add BP or a basic prepaid gift card to use anywhere

Several of the gift cards I have chosen did not offer the option to add to my Apple wallet. Nearly every gift card I have attempted to use at the various retailers has been a hassle.. the barcodes don’t work , the cashier has to enter the card information manually and more often than not, a manager has to be called to help.. at this point I end up having to tell the manager what they need to do to make it work because it happens so often, I know more about it than they do! I also have had many issues/frustrations with the remaining card balance not updating (showing the correct balance) both on your website or within apple wallet… recent examples of this issue.. I knew I had used “some” of a $25 Jersey Mike’s gift card but your website and Apple wallet said that the full $25 was available, this went on for many weeks where I would check over and over again trying to find out the remaining balance prior to using the card again and each time I checked it would give me the balance amount of the original full gift card amount but with a new “recent” date that the balance update had been updated.. like as of X date (2 days prior to my inquiry “ the balance is $25. I knew that the balance was not correct and I had used the card for a partial
Amount many weeks prior.. so I didn’t want to use the card again until the balance actually updated and showed that I had used some of the funds.. but again, I didn’t have record of exactly how much I had spent, I just knew that I had used it. The balance finally updated many weeks, maybe even a couple months after I knew I had spent some of it and said that I had about half left .. so I went to use the card again and found out that it really only had less than $1 left and once again , it was not correct on your website.
I do like the discount “sale” offers for select retailers and I like that you have a decent selection of participating retailers to choose from. Would love to see Amazon and Target as an option. Would love to see a Visa card that can be used anywhere or at least an option to change your mind and select a new retailer as an exchange for past selections that are unused.
