I was assessed and accepted by Dr Kayley Ainsworth who prescribed the medication and who I met with for monthly checkups.

I was so happy to be able to book an appointment to be seen on the same day. I arrived a little early and was seen straight away. It was such a relief to be seen and to be able to get treatment immediately. Well worth the cost.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. From start to finish, my experience was flawless and, frankly, restored my faith in what healthcare can be.
I needed some investigations done and was able to book an appointment easily. The admin team was so friendly and efficient, making the whole process stress-free.
My GP was incredibly thorough, listened without rushing me, and explained exactly why she was recommending a specific set of blood tests. The in-house phlebotomy was seamless.
This practice is a rare gem. The caring doctors who treat you like a person, not a number, combined with a brilliant and supportive admin team, creates a truly special environment. The fast results and proactive, diligent follow-up demonstrate a level of commitment that is second to none.
If you are looking for healthcare where you feel genuinely looked after, this is the place. Worth every penny.

My son went to Bournemouth last Tuesday. Was diagnosed with step A by a nurse although I requested a GP appointment. She diagnosed my son then said (as she had the syringe out) he needed blood tests. He was so ill he didn’t query it.
I was charged £810. £90 for appointment (with a nurse) £100 for a sick note for work (which they emailed to me) £25 for the prescription (then I had to pay the pharmacist for the prescription) the remainder was for blood tests. Which just proved he had an infection (which he had already been told.) Complained in writing to be told I agreed to happily pay. Absolute rubbish. My words were £810 that is unbelievable absolute daylight robbery. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ATTEND THIS CLINIC.

The case described refers to an adult patient, not a child, who was seen, clinically assessed, and appropriately managed for a confirmed infection. The patient requested and consented to a comprehensive set of investigations and documentation, all of which were fully explained, itemised, and authorised before proceeding.
We take false or misleading statements and defamation very seriously, as they can cause unnecessary alarm to other patients. Our team always aims to provide safe, transparent, and high-quality care in line with medical and ethical standards.
Hidden charges too much
Actually it's fast to get a prescribed medication but hidden payments are too . Pharmacist charges 17.95, online booking almost 50£ and if u need prescription then again u have to pay 45. 0ver 100 pounds charges which was not mentioned clearly on website .

We’re glad we were able to help you quickly, but we’d like to clarify a few points. Our prescription fee of £25 is clearly stated on both our booking page and fees page — we do not charge for the medication itself. The £17.95 you were charged at the pharmacy is completely separate and outside of our control, as pharmacy charges vary.
While we understand your frustration, your review feels slightly unfair given that the pricing was explained in advance and publicly available.

I cannot recommend this service enough
I cannot recommend this service enough. I was really worried about my two year old so booked an appointment for 3 hours time. The doctor phoned me ten mins earlier than scheduled and was SO understanding, and reassuring. He asked in depth questions to ensure he got the correct medication. Within an hour I had my daughter’s medication in my hand. Thank you so much

Thank goodness for Dr.Dattani
Thank goodness for Dr.Dattani! I am unfortunately a little bit prone to a recurring little gremlin of a medical issue and I was able to access an appointment with absolute ease. The appointment ran on time and he was so lovely kind and helpful. 5* does not come close to expressing how grateful I am. I wholeheartedly recommend Private Medical Clinic and the Good Dr.Dattani and I would definitely book another appointment here if needed in the future.
