appointment in Birmingham clinic and the whole process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was seen promptly, received clear information about the vaccine, and the appointment was completed without any issues. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received. After weeks of going back and forth with my GP and getting nowhere, I decided to try a private consultation.
The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The doctor was professional, helpful, and understood exactly what I needed. It saved me so much time and frustration.

Booking was easy and friendly. The clinician was helpful and informative.
However in the middle of my appointment there was a knock on the door and the male receptionist opened it just as I was being injected!

Doctor is a no show
Had to drive 35 mins yo make this appointment. I received a text while I was driving at 9:35 (appointment was 10am) yo say my appointment was cancelled due to no doctors. I can’t believe how unprofessional this is. I paid to park my car also 😡

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience ! Dr Jorge was so helpful, professional and really listened to me. I picked up my medication for my chest infection this morning and have already started to feel better than I did yesterday. I will use this service rather than seeing my local doctor. Super grateful, perfect service
Super grateful, literally what you want when you’re paying money for this.
Very quick telephone appointment availability (less than half an hour from booking), Dr Khela was very kind, respectful and reassuring. I received a detailed and written follow up, and a free follow up call. The doctor was understanding and not dismissive of my questions and concerns as my NHS GP would be. It costs money, but you get a great run for your money here and totally recommend this place, because when you’re unwell you need to be taken care of.

Dr Dattanni was very professional and set out a goal and plan to achieve the best outcome given my health issues. Diagnostic testing was organised very quickly and we had the result with days.
Our journey from from initial consultation to diagnosis and was very speedy.

Appointment was on time
Appointment was on time. Polite and professional staff. The clinician I dealt with was very good at administering the vaccines with minimal discomfort. She also explained the side effects and was careful about checking for pre-existing conditions etc.
HOWEVER, I was really disappointed to discover that the Yellow Fever vaccine I had booked could not be done on the same day but will have to wait until a week has passed. This is due to my age, yet my application before getting the appointment clearly showed my date of birth. I had to travel to Poole from Weymouth as there don't seem to be any clinics near me that offer these vaccination services. This now means I will have to make another trip next week; if I had known this I would have tried to book somewhere else.

Got an appointment quickly but beware
Got a telephone appointment quickly for my spouse on 16th May at 8.45pm, luckily minor health issue but then was charged £25 prescription for an over the counter medicine that was also charged at a premium. I would not use this service again .

I drove 45 minutes for this appointment…
I drove 45 minutes for this appointment due to my son having a fever. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, however when we were seen by the doctor the thermometer wasn't working so they were unable to check his temperature, they didn't even do any other obs. I was just told to take him to urgent care. I don't feel the £85 I paid for this appointment was worth it at all. This was at the Hagley Road branch in Birmingham
