I am sharing my unfortunate experience with Pristyn Care to warn others about their unprofessional behavior. I paid INR 40,000 for my teeth aligner treatment, including two sessions of scaling. However, for the past three months, they have stopped responding to my calls and emails regarding further appointments.

When I managed to get in touch with them, they informed me that their dental department is now shut down and suggested that I travel to Delhi for my treatment. As a resident of Gurgaon with a full-time job, this is not feasible for me. When I mentioned raising a complaint, they encouraged me to do so, showing complete indifference to my concerns.

I urge everyone to be cautious and think twice before availing of their services.

Best service in low prize. The doctor is ashish vora sir best doctor for piles fistulas and Fisher.

I undergone a surgery septoplasty. I would say Dr Vidhya garu explanation about the surgery and treatment was good.

They were super helpful with appointments and general assistance. But after my surgery I tried several times to book my follow up but for some reason it did not get booked and the one time It did I got no follow up . Apart for this one issue everything else was very good for the price I was charged . The doctor is very understanding and kind and the facility are good as well

Excellent service given before the surgery, during the surgery and post surgery. Even the hospital recommended by the care was very much comfortable and good. The fee's that they took was very less compare to what other recommended me. I would 100% recommend pristyncare to others, if they need.

Till surgery it's was very good follow up after surgery if we call pristyn care Excutive Mr.Rajat not receiving call only we need follow up re appointment if we call hospital they informed u should take appointment from pristyn care team only here pristyn care we not getting any support

I can say pristyn care doctors and it's administration are outstanding, they will explain our problem clearly and take care of things from starting of the visit to until the recovery

The service is Super and wonderfull. They booked cab for me to go and at discharge time and ordered food for me all 3 days when i was in hospital. and RAHUL is amazing he helpled me throught whole time when i was in hospital till dischare and even after that. Thanks Pristyncare,

My phymosis surgrey was done by Dr. Qaisar jamal he is the best doctor in patna. and i also thanks to pristin care they guide mei properly . I am fully satisfied by doctor and their team and specially by pristin car....Thanks a lot for your service....

Overall experience was good. Doctor is helpful throughout the process and after surgery as well because my brother had some post surgery issues.

I had to cancel the appointment and was not charged anything from the hospital as they sent me on alternate treatment. Hospital asked to refund my money. My money is not yet refunded after two and half weeks. People be aware. Will post if i get my money.

Nice Experience with Pristyne care .From Home to hospital everything taken care by them. They have good team . Good doctors are with them .they have tied up with good hospitals as well.
