They are selling fakes
They are selling fakes, don’t be fooled. They think they’re being clever saying they sell refurbished so may not have original parts - even the box it comes in is ‘refurbished’. Ie fake. Contest with bank and let them know the functionality is not even close to original. Absolute scammers.

Great service from this supplier and they responded to a number of questions I had and responded to all within minutes of sending my questions.
The product purchased by me was genuine and not fake. I purchased some apple air pods 4th generation. The product was superb at an excellent price. It was hard to tell if it was a new product or a reconditioned product as advertised.Had a lot of reservations about buying fake products but everything seems genuine right down to the packaging. I would not have any reservations about giving this supplier a 5 star review.

Easy access to multiple options and choices through the web site, quick payment structure and prompt confirmation of purchase. Delivery tracking could be improved however Royal Mail confirmation via email of delivery date and time was excellent. I will definitely purchase from Pristine Gadgetz again. 5 Stars!

Great purchase at a great price
Great purchase at a great price . Airpods bought as a birthday present for my grandson and he is well suited with them . They work perfectly with no issues so far . There was a slight delay in the product arriving by a couple of days but customer service was prompt and helpful .

Counterfeit items
I received this item today but having checked multiple things on it, this looks like a counterfeit item. The bass is super low, I need to do some additional steps to pair it, the earbud fit test always works even without the headphones in my ear or ear tips on, there are no chips on the top part of the case and the magnet is on the side of the case which don’t charge it, wireless charging works in the middle only.
Same serial number on headphones online.

Fraudulent company
Sent me fake AirPods Pro 2. Hardware is cheaply made and can pull apart unlike authentic AirPods (also says Made in Vietnam is dark font). Left earbud didn’t even connect or play sound. Makes a fake different ‘ding’ noise compared to the sharp ‘ding’ with authentic AirPods. Shrinkwrapped packaging to give you an authentic feel. Fake warranty. Have sent proof to WhatsApp and have reported to Trading Standards for selling counterfeit goods.
BEWARE and do not purchase from this seller. Price was too good to be true anyway.
Edit: 20/10/2025, (Amy) reached out via WhatsApp 4 days after my last message, offering partial 20% refund if I keep their fake item, I obviously declined. They asked me to remove my feedback which I will not be doing either. I encourage you all to report this to your local trading standards via citizens advice and get them shut down for good. Open a dispute up with your bank if you have fallen victim to this company.

AirPods Pro 2nd Gen
So I purchased a pair of AirPods Pro 2nd Gen from Pristine Gadgets, after my daughter bought a pair refurbished on Amazon as hers blew me away.
Well what can I say about Pristine Gadgets AirPods?, at first due to the price (just under £75) I was well I’ll give it a go and see what comes back.
All I’ll say is they did not disappoint, not only do they work as they should (like my daughters) but they came in a sealed Apple Box, all singing & dancing with a genuine 12 months Apple warranty.
You simply can’t go wrong with Pristine Gadgets, I’d recommend them to one & all including friends & family.
