This product was just what I was after
This product was just what I was after. The moth traps are working a treat, from the first night we put them out. The sachets have a great scent, not overpowering and are really nicely packaged too. The products arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to use this company again, great service.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order.
You placed your order on the 12th July and it shipped on the 13th July. Usually orders from the UK to USA take around 7-10 days to be delivered. Right now, during Covid-19 both the Royal Mail and USPS are running a bit slower than usual. It looks like you order took just over 2 weeks to arrive, so I appreciate it feels slow.
You mentioned that you did not get what you ordered, please let us know so we can take care of this for you.

Daniel was most helpful when the original package was seriously delayed in the post from the UK to Portugal and between us we managed to resolve the situation very satisfactorily.
I am sure the delay was due to the present covid 19 crisis so nobody's fault.
I have used the Colibri moth repellents for years and will continue to do so as they are the best.

I have had moth damage to some…
I have had moth damage to some cherished items. While visiting London, I found some moth deterrents which were much nicer than those available in Toronto. I would return with a supply of the lavender, citrus and cedar sachets with each visit until I learned that Pristine shipped to Canada. Problem solved. Thank you Pristine!
