I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a birthday invitation and video, and from the beginning there were issues. When I received the birthday invitation, the event details had not been added, so I had to email customer service to have it corrected. Someone did respond and assured me I would receive the corrected invitation by the end of that day, but that never happened.

After that, my emails were ignored. I never received another response or any update about my corrected invitation or the birthday video. I was left guessing when, or if, I would receive what I paid for. A simple email explaining there was a delay would have gone a long way, but instead there was no communication at all.

The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the company and have requested a refund. I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s emails after promising an update is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Excellent quality and present for daughter’s birthday. Slight issue with delivery, however this was rectified quickly with clear communication throughout.

But Overall I love it and very special moment for my son before he grows up and consider these things as silly :)

I NEED my refund!!!!! I cancelled immediately after ordering and they replied me asking me why and I replied immediately saying I did not need it and guess what they went ahead to do it the next day!!! and ship and send to me. I need my refund back!!!!

Wow! My son’s name is uncommon and in the video they pronounced it better than some of his teachers. I was truly amazed and excited and I can not wait to see his reaction. Thank you printmuse for our forever memory 🫶🏽

The video is still not corrected ! The age is pronounced in English and not in French.

Got a video made for my daughter's birthday. There was a small minor mistake so I emailed them about it and within about an hour, they fixed it! I would definitely order again!
