Print My Tops Recensioni

Products are great but customer service response is a little poor.

A great idea to create joyous moments for them to remember always

It was easy to download a photo & order the personalised pyjamas for my Daughters birthday. They are of good quality material & hope they wash well.

Very good quality and came on time

I ordered a leavers top for my 11-year-old and provided an image to be printed on it. However, the image was not included on the top, and I was issued a partial refund without being given the option to cancel the order. I emailed the company to ask why the design was changed, but I have not received any response.
Today, I called to follow up and spoke with someone named Tamindhar, who was unprofessional & rude. She tried to explain that, due to the peak season, changes to the order were NOT possible and image supplied was not possible to be printed and also my order was not a bulk order! I repeatedly explained that if the product wasn’t going to be made as requested, I should have had the right to cancel the order. Instead of addressing my concerns, she ended the call by saying she had many other things to do... A customer spent £17.99 on a top and £8.99 for delivery, only to find that the order has been altered despite specific request and not offering cancellation. Any company should not start to prepare 'personalised' item without letting customer know that their order has been altered. They sent an email - upon prepping the order saying 'image was not possible to print , here is your £5 refund'. My question was why did you accept the order if it was not possible to be fulfilled as customer wanted? why did you not offer full refund before even preparing the order?

Lovley company, very happy with my order would definatly recommend Thankyou so much again ❤️ great communication when needed also x

First time using this company. Happy with the purchase. Quality is good. Despatch time is good. Great service. Can definitely recommend.

Great quality t shirt and printing, very quick turnaround

Great seller

I never received my parcel

Really lovely t shirts , exactly what we wanted , will be wearing this weekend , hoping to take pictures , quick delivery, and excellent service

Super soft sweatshirt and printing is great. Only downside is the small is really big. Please bring out an extra-small for those who wear size6/8.

Amazing matching hoodies made to my special requirements. Thankyou.

The top arrived in good condition exactly what I wanted the quality is great I've ordered from other companies before and have not been as good will definitely order from them again

The supplier was helpful in the taking of our order.
Quick to respond to our queries.
Disliked the surface finish as it appeared scuffed in places particularly where apron ties were attached, this showed up on the dark material. There was also a puncture hole made by sharp object. As the child was delighted to receive the apron for her birthday she did not want it to be returned. The standard of finish was not as good as a previous apron purchased from this supplier.

Good quality
Kept me posted
Quick delivery
