HP cartridge arrived in a plastic bag with a note explaining why - damaged box.
After inserting the cartridge, message appeared stating that it had been used before. After a few hours it became faulty. Contacted by email as per the pithy note and have since been ignored.
A complete joke!
This company if they are real, should not be trading, took my money, sent non genuine cartridge which does not work.
I live close by and will be paying a visit to get my money back? No replies from this company
I ordered the HP cartridges and really did need them quickly. However, they never came. When I enquired I was told they'd been 'lost' by the courier and no more were available so I'd get a refund. Only after several emails did I actually receive a refund and it took about two weeks. Although PS were always polite and replied to my emails, I'd lost the opportunity I needed to cartridges for, so not a great experience unfortunately.
I have not received the printer cartridge I ordered in spite of at least 3 requests from you to review the product!
The supplied item was provided unboxed, unwrapped and unprotected and arrived damaged.
Attempts to contact the seller over the telephone to request a refund were unsuccessful.
Most unimpressive.
I would NOT recommend this company.
Why?
They have not replied to my FOUR attempts to contact them.
I am out of pocket to the tune of £38.83p………..NOT a happy bunny.

Their web site showed 1 in stock and delivery on 17th March, I placed an order and paid. I got order acceptance confirmation. Having received no communications or the cartridge, I made several phone calls left voice mails also sent several emails, I did not hear from this company.
I ordered a HP 305 black ink I was invoiced with the order a HP 305 black ink but what I received was a HP 305 tri-color. I emailed the company twice I left a voicemail once and had absolutely no response from them therefore I am unable to return the item I shouldn't have to pay for the return as they sent me the wrong ink cartridge in error. Therefore this leaves me the only available option which is a chargeback from my credit card.
Update in response to your reply to this review the email I received below doesn't state that you need contact it states your action and what you're going to do.
I will generate a Returns.
I will get a an ink cartridge dispatched out you today 17/03/26
Therefore I was unaware that a response was needed
Please accept my apologies for such a slow response. I am really sorry that there was a mix up and we sent you the incorrect product. I will generate a return label for this and email it across to you. When you get a chance, if you are able to send it back that would be great.
I will get the HP 305 Black ink cartridge dispatched out to you today, it should be with you in the next 2-3 working days.
