A great buying experience
Had a great experience with Printed Originals. I wanted to buy an original film poster for my film buff son’s 21st and my younger son helped me find a reputable seller ie Printed Originals. I made one enquiry after purchase regarding delivery date and they responded immediately with the framed poster arriving soon after. My son is delighted with it and I’m sure we’ll be buying more in the future.

It’s been over a week
It’s been over a week, I don’t mind waiting , but I would like to know an approximate time of delivery. I feel like I keep checking every day on the shop app that I had to download to track my purchase.

Risposta di Printed Originals Ltd
Hi there Frank, I am very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your experience shopping with us. We have had no contact from you and your order was fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of your purchase, and tracking information was sent with your fulfilment email. We do not have a shop app so I'm not sure what this is in reference to, your tracking number is with Royal Mail/ Canada Post. We are based in the UK it may take longer than a week for your order to arrive in Canada with COVID delays with international shipping, this is laid out in our COVID information and is the same for every business worldwide unfortunately. We really wish you would have contacted us before writing a harmful review for our small business. Thank you very much for your order and all the best, please just reach out to us at info@printedoriginals.co.uk or via our store Live Chat if you would like to discuss your order further.
