Delightful customer experience. From my first enquiry Rebecca was attentive and understanding, giving genuine advice over email and over the phone. The cakes then arrived bang on time, exactly as designed. They didn't only look great but they tasted lovely, people in the office ended up fighting over the last few. Thank you Rebecca and the Print Cakes team. I hope I need some special cupcakes again soon.

I had around a week to source some bespoke corporate cupcakes to be delivered to 3 different locations, I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a company I found on Google, however WOW I'm so glad I did, I called and spoke to Rebecca, she was so helpful and informative, the cakes were delivered in lovely packaging on time and they were delicious! we will 100% be using Print Cakes again. thank you

We are very pleased with our cupcakes they will be perfect for our event. The team were very helpful, the delivery came on time and was packaged well.

The branded cookies were great! Clear message and crisp logo, perfect layer of the icing. Very tasty, everyone enjoyed them.

Everybody loved the branded biscuits we had made and as they were individually wrapped they were great for people to take home.

I was really disappointed with my order from Print Cakes. I found a small hair in one of the biscuits, which completely ruined the experience. The packaging looked like it was thrown together in a rush, with no care or effort. It felt like no time or love was put into making my order. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.
