I have been with Principal apartments for over 3 years now the service provided by them is A1.
Ronnie and his team are reliable, responsible as a landlord I am really pleased with their services.
Most importantly they go extra mile to sort out things and they’re available whenever needed.

Excellent comfortable quality apartment - well appointed with good quality beds, bed linen, towels, furnishings and kitchenware. The management team are very professional, friendly and proactive. Everything was top quality and we are very satisfied - we will definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed with Principal Apartments on High Street on a good number of occasions. The location is great for exploring the city and very convenient for shops bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious and quiet at night time. Andy is always so helpful and responds quickly to sort out any issues which are brought to his attention. We will definitely stay again.

A bit worn down kitchen equipment, but all essentials was in place.

Excellent location near shops, restaurants, cafe’s, public transport, etc. The building is modern and very well maintained. The team at principal Apartments are very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very well furnished. Andy was very responsive to all my questions. The location is very convenient to all the amenities within the city while being far from the noisy streets in general.

Delighted to have found Principal Apartments. Landsdowne Garden Two Bedroom Apartment was stunning and very comfortable and well equipped. Immaculate and in a great location.
