In all my life I have never recieved such hurtful, awful customer service by the male I spoke to enquiring about a part refund on part of my order that wasn't received. This representative of Primo Registrations (Primo Trading Ltd) refused to allow me to finish my sentence, constantly interrupting me, becoming very sarcastic & when I politely asked to speak to someone else or a person in authority, the man refused this stating you can email us, he then disconnected the call. Upon calling back he stated that I had abused him & he would not speak to me. Be assured 100% this was the NOT the case. I feel horribly let down, I suffer with Autism, Anxiety & Depression. This experience has left me shaking & feeling like I need I need to see my Doctor. I mentally cannot call back. All I hope is the call is listening to by Management personnel & this person is reprimanded. This experience has left me feeling confused & sick.

Extremely fast and efficient service and my enquiry and subsequent purchase handled by a very personable customer service representative (Vicky).
Plates have arrived within a week and was informed right through the progress of the process.

Actual transfer process still to be undertaken as not actually transferring/registering until deciding on what model to buy next which expect to be in the next 5 or 6 weeks but up to now cannot fault it.

Very fast service and they keep you update at every stage. And they were the best on price.

Fantastic service from Primo Registrations. If it hadn't been for a delay by Royal Mail, my purchase and transfer to a personal plate would have taken 5 days maximum. Received my plates and transfer documents on Tuesday, posted them off the same evening and received an email stating my transfer had been completed with DVLA and I could fix my new plates immediately.

This company are very efficient. Ordered our plates on the 16th Dec 2021 and they literally arrived the next morning the 17th Dec 2021. The Registration Certificate arrives separately and I have been notified that it has been Dispatched on the 21st Dec 2021, would have liked it a bit earlier but no big deal - would be happy to use them again.

Not helpful atall ordered plates for my birthday then received plate 2 days later never recieved any certificate called up on numerous occasions to ask where certificate is and was told has been sent 2 months later still not received and called again to be told to pay £25 for replacement certificate why pay for something I have already payed £300 for plates and all certificates and transfer fees and I am still waiting have had to contact royal mail to ask and have said nothing received from company and I got a claim reference number to give and they wont accept it so what do I do with bits of plastic that I cant do anything with
