I’m still waiting for my order over a week later. No communication, very poor customer service. I received an email on Friday stating the colour was not in stock, and would I accept a different colour. I said yes no problem. But as I’ve desperately been needing this order to arrive ASAP throughout the past week - I’ve now ordered the same on Amazon Prime, which will arrive tomorrow. This direct order will be returned, if it eventually turns up. Don’t rely on a good service from the official website - stick to Amazon.

The package openning was not securely sealed closed with tape making it very easy for the product inside to be tempered with.

Bought since one week. And yet the item hasn't shipped.

The price was reasonable along with the fact you can charge the fan & place it anywhere.

Got the item in reasonable time and it worked perfectly.

I have not received my order. I can not find a phone number for customer service. I do not get any answers from them on my emails or text when I contact them. And they have already charged me for something I have paid to have shipped

I had an incident with my order that happened to be a gift,, not for me. Enroute the order got damaged and since it was to be a gift, it needed to be whole. The company did just that and sent a new order. Thank you

I thought the candles were late in coming. But when I got them, I was so happy. They are so cute and they smell so nice. I used them as stocking stuffers to the women in my family they all loved it.

Product seems to be as stated, it is a Christmas gift for my sister. The site was easy to follow and kept me notified about my order. Would order again and recommend

Really disappointed candles don't have much scent u can barely smell them when lit

I only received 2 out of my 3 sets of candles, but was charged for all 3. I have sent three emails since they arrived and didn't receive a response from anyone. I will never order from this place again and I will be disputing the charge for the 3rd set I never received.

Easy order process, great product, great price and beautiful box

The scented candles I purchased all have a different, unique and wonderful fragrance. And the beautifully decorated jars really dress up my home!

I ordered this a week ago and still have no shipping information.
