We ship to US addresses only, from Bohemia, NY, by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day typically ship the same day. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers products that arrive damaged, broken or defective. Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery. Once the claim is approved, we refund the product price or send a free replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted for any other reason.
