I required an EPC for my property, booked it on Thursday inspection was carried out on Saturday and received the report on Monday. Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
They undertook an EPC for me, polite, friendly and really efficient. Highly recommend. First class service.
All great, it was arranged at short notice and Muhammad contacted me the day before. The house was empty and he kindly picked the keys up from the estate agent. I had used myconstructor to book and there was an issue with uploading the certificate onto their website but Muhammad promptly sent it directly to me. No hesitation in recommending. Thanks.
I needed an EPC for my parents home ahead of a sale. The booking process was great, I was able to choose a suitable day & time slot. Muhammad contacted me prior to the appointment. He explained what he needed for the inspection, was very professional and courteous. The certificate was posted on the register within 24 hours.
