Quick easy transaction over the phone with real people … no AI and no robots. That’s how business should be done. Tony Gutierrez answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very personable and respectful. Scheduled me a porta-toilet for my party. Again, What a nice guy! Poor customer service. We've been trying for many weeks to get porta potty for a fundraiser event. After filling out the intake form and many phone calls, we were told they wouldn't be able to help us, just a few days from the event. I got another company to do it for half the cost.
