After 3 weeks still not received items
Customer service is appalling. Don't reply . Had to try and get a refund from my bank

The mascara advertisement is less than true. I purchased the Primelash because of the advertisement. After using it I REALIZED the lashes shown must be either false, or someone with usually long lashes to start with.
It certainly doesn't lengthen the eyelashes as portrayed in the add.
And IT CERTAINLY ISN'T WORTH $28.00. DON'T waste your $$

The reviews on their site cant be all genuine - all 5 star I bought the mascara - very underwhelming . No better than any chemist mascara at a fraction of the price.

I have purchased the mascara and brow pen and have liked both of them. I go directly to the company to order. No problem with shipping. I have not tried to return anything so no opinion on returns.

après vérification le produit (un eyeliner) acheté à 22 euros peut se trouver entre 1 et 1,50 euro ! sur internet

Comme je regrette de ne pas avoir lu les avis avant de commander un eye-liner en ligne. Payé mais jamais reçu. A fuir!!!

I ordered Primelash mascara paid my £21.60 plus £5 delivery which I thought was very high as it was a tiny little mascara and I'm sure cost considerably less to post. HOWEVER it arrived in very good time and the mascara is brilliant, looks great on and don't have to rub hard to get off which is good for not breaking lashes. Absolutely no complaints about the product or the time it took to arrive in fact would definitely recommend the Primelash mascara.

They are CHEATERS !!!! DO NOT buy anything from them. They sending nothing.

Big scam, paid over 650 usd and they tried to tell me that I need to send more money for insurance of the package. Do not buy!
