Do not order from this company, no physical books delivered, ask to close case with PayPal or threatened with legal action, avoid, it's a scam, you only get on line items

I was promised physical books. I only received digital copies, which I didn't look at as I'm not interested in those.
All emails are replied by AI. Every email gets the same reply and promise for action which, what a surprise, doesn't happen.

There are NO physical books - avoid this “company”. Nothing to do with Amazon Prime at all and it says something completely different on bank statements too. Advertisements are highly misleading. When nothing arrived, I queried it and was told physical books would follow from a digital link - which was a lie - there are no physical books - it’s a scam. I raised a dispute with my credit card provider after being fobbed off twice and got a full refund this morning 👍 They seem to rely on people buying through PayPal going by recent threats…. Fortunately, I used my credit card instead and was therefore covered.

I ordered books which never arrived. I asked twice for update on delivery and was ignored. I then tried to get money back via PayPal and was threatened with legal action. I have been asked to remove the PayPal claim, which I will not do. I am now awaiting PayPal credit. I won’t be bullied into removing a claim from a scam company. Please do not order from these people.

Absolutely shocking misleading advertising. Website illustrates books, says how important books are but all you get is a digital download, of no use to my granddaughter who doesn’t have access to computers. Advertisement shows colourful books but download is in black and white. Asked for refund but can’t get sensible answer.

SCAM — no books arrived , no reply to emails , subscription set up without consent , do not buy from this scam artist

No download sample as probably fake. Waiting 2 weeks for delivery but nothing. Email the company, nothing. Raise a complaint via PayPal then Daniel Begum responds with threats and action to send the goods !!

Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered three Eddie abbew books. Never received the order. Got a fake link to digital. And then raised with PayPal. After emailing 6 times in ten days. Daniel responds with a threatening letter trying to get me to cancel PayPal. Do not fall for this tactic. Scam company!

Eddie Abbew has warned today this is a scam and is taking legal action.

More than five weeks ago, I ordered a three book bundle from this company, received an email to say they were being dispatched or have heard nothing since never received the books.

Oh dear, I seem to have been conned out of my money and considering I ordered the Ethiopian Bible I am somewhat confused by this company being anywhere near Christian.
I should know better as my fella (Spud) always tells me not to buy from Facebook adverts and to ALWAYS check Trust Pilot before buying.
I can't believe people treat others like this.
So I ordered on the 21st May 26 and was told I would have a free download to have whilst waiting for my Bible to arrive. The words on this are so small I can't read it. No post with my Bible. I have emailed them several times to no avail, what else can I do other than accept this and move on.
How can people do this is beyond me. I am not happy about this and believe these con artists are laughing at good decent people they are conning. Can't even get a refund from them as I can't get them to reply to my emails.

I ordered three book 3 weeks ago, no notification that they have been dispatched. Looking at the other reviews looks like they never will dispatch them. Do not order from this company

I have ordered some books and I never received it. I tried to contact Daniel few times , but got no answer., by email and I'm still waiting for his response. Very frustrating as it was bought as a present to my son which he never got it.
I'm still persevering to hear from Daniel Begum to get this matter solved.

I am still awaiting delivery of 3 diabetic books I ordered contacted them heard nothing. A total disgrace I cannot afford to waste and be conned out of my money.

I found an advert for 3 books on Facebook and against my better judgement, as I would not normally buy from that site, I decided to try. There was not allot of value £24.90 but the books looked good. Imagine my shock when an email arrived with a down load. I contacted the seller, making it clear I did not want a digital download, I wanted the books & requested a full refund. Although it stated digital down load at the end of there online offer, it was well beyond the ordering process, last page, tiny writing. I thought this at best disingenuous and at worst deliberate. They said they would look into it, I heard NOTHING. As a Christian I gave them the benefit of doubt, but I emailed several times, tried to contact via the main site (which was out of use) and after 7 days + I decided to escalate it to PayPal, who promptly refunded the cash. All I wanted was the books, but I guessed they must have a direct link, but NO, next email I got, having been ignored for over a week, arrived promptly was a threatening legal email demanding I reinstate the £ and that they were instructing solicitors and had copied them in to the email I received. They clearly had not, or at least it was not shown on CC, perhaps BCC. I contacted PayPal who were excellent and suggested I block the email address and report it. I wait to see what happens next. Others on here seem to have had similar problems and received emails from a Daniel Begum, believed by them to be a BOT / Ai, I'm not sure myslef. I wouldn't touch this outfit again with a barge pol as we say in the UK. Beware

I did not receive the books I ordered in February, and ever month since then they have tried to take more money from my credit card, luckily the payments were declined by CC company.
You cannot contact the company, total scam

email notification 'order is on its way' - in meantime can download. what point is there to large print on a small screen.
the contact is only a robot. and only then the t&c state no refunds, even for postage!! Daniel Begum is a con trickster

I ordered a physical book, was sent a cloud link pdf.. all emails were answered by an AI that failed to read my emails

I ordered some cook books from this company in February and never received any, I've sent emails to them and even asked for a refund, with no success.
