Pride Hearing Recensioni

Went in with a blocked ear, which was really annoying.

20 minutes later, completely fixed. Great service and for a very reasonable price.

Becky did a great job, and after suggesting using a drill instead, she politely declined as they don't usually allow that!

Thanks to Pride Hearing and Becky; will definitely be back for a checkup!

Had a great experience
Becky was attentive and settled nerves with some banter and after a short amount of time my ears were cleared and never felt better!
Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent service by Suzanne, she showed me the inside of my ears which you couldn't see the ear drum, i had the suction procedure done and it completely unblocked my ears, i now have the tv on a lower volume, i can hear a pin drop 20miles away , definitely recommend hsving it done

Today I experienced service from Pride Hearing that I could not fault. I booked very easily on line at a time that perfectly suited me. On arrival I had a choice of parking spots. The premises were new, bright, clean and comfortable. I was seen exactly on time by Becky, who made me feel welcome and fully explained the process of earwax removal after taking a note of my relevant medical history. I was shown on screen the inside of my ear canals and the debris that needed removing. After painless wax removal I was again shown the canals that revealed clean ears. Although I have ear problems that require hospital attention, I now have peace of mind that that my ear canals are clear. This is 10 days after supposedly having them cleaned at my medical practice. Pride Hearing offered a fully professional service and I cannot thank Becky enough.

Pride Hearing went through the whole process with my hearing, and was very thorough. Easy explanation and what was needed. Paul was very helpful and polite.
I would certainly recommend to anyone with hearing difficulties.
So far Topdog from me. Time will tell once I have worn them for a while.
So far so good.

Very good service. Becky was brilliant and very careful and friendly. Would definitely go back again.

From the easy booking process on line, to the welcome on arrival, the feeling was efficient, professional and friendly. On entering the consultation room to meet Kerry, it was a fully informative and considerate process with Kerry explaining things fully and in the way that was understandable for a patient like myself. We discussed previous history and current symptoms before going into the examination and explanations at every stage. Kerry was first class and it was a pleasure to meet her. I would recommend anyone to the practice and also to see Kerry.

The service from Becky was excellent. She was extremely professional and took great care of my ears. I highly recommend pride hearing for ear wax removal.

I would highly recommend the ear wax removal service to friends and family! Becky thoroughly explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable throughout. Thank you!

Had an appointment quickly, service was great. Very polite and professional.
Really happy and will be using again.

Excellent service provided by Becky! I took my 7 years old son to Pride Hearing after being told by the doctors the ENT wait for wax removal is 18 months. His ears were significantly blocked and he was terrified of the whole process. However, Becky worked with him with patience through out and managed to remove all the wax. My son can hear clearly now, what a relief and thank you to Becky once again.

very professional from start to finish. let me know what was happening and pictures of blockage. Lisa made it a pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone

I could not wish for a better experience.

Thank you Becky great care as always this is a great organization and would definitely recommend for this procedure

I had ear wax removal from both ears today and one ear was completely blocked. Becky was absolutely brilliant, thorough and professional.
She was particularly brilliant following my funny turn which I get time to time (not a reflection of the treatment whatsoever).
She was very friendly and reassuring and I felt really well looked after.
Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Suzanne was brilliant, thankyou so much! My hearing is now restored - my husband and father in law will be making appointments soon.
