We are a family business with two generations currently working alongside to increase the level of expectation within our services provided and encourage those within the company to show a higher degree of customer services within the job role they hold. Based in Haverhill Suffolk we aim to deliver a service like none other. With a fleet of 4, 6, 8 and 16-seater vehicles and our Executive vehicles we are always on hand for all your travel requirements.

I have used your company for many years…

I have used your company for many years and had no problems at all but this evening there was a mess up. I don't want to put in a complaint just want to warn someone of the mistake made so hopefully no one else will have same problem.
I pre booked a taxi for 11.50 from haverhill rovers (new croft) I was standing outside at pickup time and no car was there. I waited a while before calling again to find out eta on my taxi, but was told there was no booking of my taxi. I have proof in text message to say that the booking was confirmed. I had to re book my taxi for 2 adults and 3 children. Thankfully only had to wait 10 more minutes. When taxi arrived he had no clue of what happened and refused to take all of us and one person had to walk home. I do know it was not the drivers fault as he was not told of the situation and had no clue of previous booking, but I am very upset of how things have been dealt with specially when we had three young children to get home safely. And two very upset children had to watch their dad walk home, with out them, in the dark.
Hopefully this message helps your company and drivers to communicate properly, and also not to mess up any bookings they have made on the phone. Thank you kirsty
