Based in Haverhill Suffolk we aim to deliver a service like none other. Overall very pleased

My lift arrived early which was not an issue, always get very good service from Pride Cars. Only problem now and again, when i whatsapp to book as i get no phone signal at work, i don’t always receive confirmation of booking so have to phone to double check - kind of defeats the purpose

The Odd one out

We have been travelling in pride cars for many years now. One of the drivers is very rude whereas the others are very friendly. The man who drove a BLACK PEUGEOT behaved very rudely many times this week. He stops wherever he wants and asks us to walk to the destination. I booked him to drop me to the GP, but he stopped in a car park in a building opposite to that. I had a small baby with me and has to walk past the main road. He always says he can't drop me there as he is afraid of parking near the main drop. He also said that he feels that his car drop will be damaged. All lame excuses. The Pick up was also not correct. We had to walk to his car. He even shouted at us. Please remove these kind of people from your company. It will ruin the reputation of everyone.
