Scam Website -- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
A friend of mine told me about this site. He had ordered a bracelet from it and told me how this is an LGBT-owned business who got bullied so badly they decided to shut down and had lots of stuff at a good discount. I looked at the site it and SEEMED legit. I placed an order thinking I'd be supporting a local LGBTQ-owned business. Turns out this is just another third party seller in China selling cheap goods with deceptive marketing tactics.
First of all, their story about being bullied out of business does not check out. They don't have limited stock, they say that to trick people into buying stuff before it goes out of stock.
Second, they have a bunch of fake TrustPilot reviews on their site that aren't linked to TrustPilot, and when I tried to find them, there was NOTHING. In fact, I'm posting their very first review.
Third, they also have a bunch of items BOGO, and it says "1 day remaining" on the sale... also fake. This is how they hook you. That 1-day sale never changes.
Fourth, they have a bunch of images that say, "Join the Pride Union" community as if these images are people wearing their jewelry. They're NOT. They are stock photos and there's even one of someone from Love Island that was posted on The Sun.
Finally, and the most damning of anything, I searched Google Lens for the images of some of their jewelry... these items are posted on ANOTHER website called pridemode.com, which appears to be just as illegitimate AND the same items with the same photos are available on Amazon MUCH cheaper from another random China-based seller. The bracelet I spend $34.95 on (marked down from $58.95)? Only $8.99 on Amazon. Same pictures and everything. Again, SCAM!
In summary, this is NOT a queer-owned business that was bullied out of business. It's fake, and they are preying on the sympathies of queer people to get our money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Find a local queer-owned business and buy directly from them instead.
