The representative was very nasty
The representative was very nasty. I wanted a quote for the weekend and he wanted to end the call because I said we wouldn't need the driver to take us around and we just need transportation to the Bible Camp and back home. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ashley was calm fast and so easy to communicate with. I had an emergency where our party bus for prom, which is tomorrow, broke down and I had a few hours to try and find a solution. She checked multiple places, found us a new party bus and driver and confirmed all the details quickly. She was extremely professional. So grateful to her and the entire team.
