Easy Cashback on Everyday Purchases
I've used just about every cashback site out there, and Price.com holds its own. Earning is straightforward, and redeeming is equally easy. I especially appreciate that you can cash out for as low as $5, so you're not stuck waiting to hit some high minimum. Highly recommend to anyone looking to earn some solid cashback on purchases you're already making.

Horrible cash back site. They advertised cash back percentage so lured me in and I bought an item from a merchant in March 2026.They stopped responding and I I never received my cash back. I let BBB know. No response to BBB either. It’s been 4 months and they owe me $40. Scammers. Do not use this site for CB. They give you all the excuses not to give you the cash back once you clicked through their page. Fraudsters.DO NOT USE.

Cash Back must be confirmed by the retailer before it can be issued, but our support team should still provide timely updates and a clear explanation of the transaction’s status. Easy, Peasy, Price.Com Squeezy
No issues at all, I downloaded the price.com extension on my laptop, along with 4 other cash back extensions, and I pick the one with the highest cash back when I shop. Price.com is not usually the highest one, so it takes me a bit longer to accumulate enough cash to want to cash out, but when I do, there is never an issue or delay. Sometimes I choose to redeem for a gift card because there is usually an added on bonus amount and the cards arrive quickly and have always worked with no problem.
For me it is a no-brainer, let price.com run in the background and pop up with a cash-back offer when I shop at a site they work with.
One upgrade Price.com should consider is adding coupon codes, other cash back extensions will populate stored coupon codes which aren't always active, but when they are, it is a nice savings and bonus!

Need to be Better
I have been using Price.com for quite a while and honestly it used to work much better till 2025. Back then, most of my cashback and tracking requests would go through without any issues and I was pretty happy with the service.
Lately, however, it feels like many purchases only show as "Activated" and never actually get fulfilled or credited. I've had several transactions sitting there for weeks with no update. Customer support is polite, but the process can be slow.
I still get cashback on some orders, but it's much less frequent than before. Hoping they can improve the tracking reliability because the platform was really good a year ago. Right now it's a bit dissapointing compared to my earlier experiance.

Worst Cashback rewards site out there. First, they tell you a % cash back you can expect. However, when you finally get the confirmation after you shopped it's not even close to the % they originally claimed. Much much lower. Bait and switch if you ask me. Second, when you email their customer service. You get immediate canned response back saying stating they are looking into the matter and will respond shortly. Days, weeks go by with no response back. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware.
