Can shop at your local in store to purchase
Once we finally resolved the link of the text to the site it was smooth sailing. Recommend doing it on a bigger interface eg PC or laptop vs small phone. Loved how I could use my code in store. Did my browsing online but went into Wallace & Cotton our local store so they got the money and helped me at the same time. A win win.

We went back and forth via email and she explained everything step by step in a very patient and clear manner. Trying to use a prezzie card was…
Trying to use a prezzie card was difficult i didnt want to swap for a different card i wanted to use the prezzee card as I had done previously . Not sure why I couldn’t just access the card number was frustrating so I asked for a refund. My emails were answered in a speedy manner and with great competence so for that i was very pleased i got it sorted. A refund in process. Thank you to Mar for her helpful responses and answers top notch.

Prezzee NZ is not the same as 'Prezzy Card'. Prezzee NZ offer e-gift cards that can be swapped for brand specific gift cards like the Playstation Store and more. You can purchase a Prezzee NZ gift card in the Afterpay application and pay in 4 installments. Perfect for last minute gifts! Today I spoke to a real, non AI, customer service person, Jin, via email. They were so helpful, quick to respond, easy to understand, polite and I was completely satisfied with their service.

False advertising
False advertising! You no longer have Airbnb but your ads still show that you are in partnership with them. My family gifted me vouchers thinking you were still linked to Airbnb. They were worthless and we were forced to get accommodation via webjet. Update your ads and remove Airbnb from your ads!!
