Not Helpful
I brought a $30 PSN gift card using Afterpay, never received the card. Tried to use the AI bot but it kept saying my email was incorrect when I literally use auto fill for all my afterpay orders (never had issues before I buy quite a lot of gift cards) then when it couldn't help so it contacted a team member for me, they said I needed to use the bot and give it another email to resend the gift card. Followed these steps but continued to be told to verify my email AGAIN and still my email was apparently wrong. I gave up then tried the next day and the bot said it couldn't verify my payment with Afterpay and that it's an Afterpay problem (Which apparently it's not now so i've just wasted money) then I received an email from prezzee saying my account is no longer in service? Asked why this happened and have yet had an answer. Don't worry Afterpay is getting a bad review as well as both party's aren't helping and seem to just be blaming each other to get out of fixing problems

I was first introduced to prezzee card when I won a biscuit competition
I was first introduced to prezzee card when I won a $100 gift iCard in a biscuit competition. I had seen prezzee advertised before but wasn’t sure how it all worked. With the informative emails from prezzee I was able to change my iCard into a jewellery prezzee iCard that expires in 3 years! Brilliant!! Thank you prezzee card!!!

Great for gifting to someone not urself lol
I brought a prezzee card using afterpay thinking I could get the card details and use it anywhere, but no that's not how you use the card!. You swap the card out for other retail stores which makes no sense cause the stores already have afterpay🤷 so I tried to cancel card and they said afterpay customers don't get refunds😢so ended up swapping for a shein card.. This is a great idea if you were gifting a card to somebody and for that reason I'd rate it a 5star..

We’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t as seamless as you expected, especially when it came to using the Prezzee card directly after purchasing with Afterpay. We understand how frustrating that can feel if you were hoping for a more flexible, “use anywhere” option.
To clarify, Prezzee Smart eGift Cards are designed to be swapped for retailer-specific eGift cards rather than used like a prepaid card. While many of our retail partners do offer Afterpay, we appreciate your point that this may feel redundant depending on how you planned to use the funds.
Regarding refunds, Afterpay purchases do have specific conditions, which can limit our ability to process cancellations once a card has been issued. That said, we’re glad you were able to swap your card for a SHEIN option and still make use of it.
We really value your suggestion, it’s great to hear that you see the product as a strong gifting option. That’s exactly what it’s designed for, and your feedback helps us continue improving how we communicate its features.

I just wanted to load the prezzy card on my phone and go, but I then had to try and swap the card. It was ridiculous!
