Easy and fast onboarding, quick shipping and proper packaging. Plus one of the best prices you will find with no hidden fees or membership fees. I would have preferred to have been approved before providing payment details, but providing them at the time of onboarding made for a seamless and very quick process. It took two days from onboatding to receiving the package. I also appreciate the constant updates on where you're at in the process as well as when the pharmacy receives your order, when it starts packing, when it ships, when it arrives, etc. I was skeptical that it could be such a great service, but I am truly impressed and appreciative with PMD.

I filled out the information a week ago, after reading reviews here. I was approved quickly and received personalized communication. They shipped the meds so quickly - within a week of starting the process, I received my tirzepatide! Also, the pricing is excellent - $200+ below other providers.

I am switching from branded Zepbound to compounded tire Patrice and I was apprehensive because of the success on the branded version. PreventiveMD has made the process very easy and quick! The signup process was quick and my current prescription was verified so I was able to resume the dosage I was currently at. It was 1 week for signup to approval to medication arriving and currently living in my refrigerator!
I chose Boudreaux as the pharmacy and the shipping was great. Arrived in a cooler packed box with ice packs (with ice still remaining) and a clear vial in a sealed package. I still have to use the meds for a complete review but up to this point PreventiveMD has exceeded expectation with efficiency and follow-up, I look forward to being a longtime customer!

Moved over to PreventiveMD from Mochi and the experience so far has been phenomenal! Originally I was happy with Mochi until they announced the price increase for the Empower pharmacy for the higher doses. It was getting unsustainable because they also had a membership fee. Here, I can get 3 months of medication for nearly a month of the other place. Moving over was a breeze and they had me approved (with proof of my prior prescription) at my current dose and had it shipped out within the next two days. The medication I get is from the same pharmacy I used before and the same additive. I am loving this change so far.

I ordered my medication on a Friday night. It’s now Friday afternoon 1 week later and I just recieved it ice cold! It would have gotten here yesterday but there was a delay on usps’s end.( at no fault of preventive md!) I chose bourdeoux pharmacy for my tirezepitide. The process was very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend!

First time ordering from this company and everything has been top notch. I came from another online provider, and the switch was smooth, response very timely and they even let me know my meds would be coming the next week due to weekend. Great update e-mails on status, received from pharmacy I've used before, and everything was perfect. The ice packs were still partially frozen still! Great price and awesome service! I put in a request for medication Sunday night and was approved within hours. Meds (Empower) shipped Tuesday and arrived at my house by Thursday. Great packaging - it’s in the upper 90s where I live, and the ice packs were still partially frozen. They answered all my questions beforehand promptly. Definitely recommend this company. Great prices and easy to navigate their website.

Hey guys, so I'm transitioning off of Zepbound (started December of 2024, lost 76 pounds, currently only 13pounds away from my goal weight of 140) and thought I'd share my experience with preventive MD. So I signed the intake with preventive on 8/12. I received my approval the morning of 8/13. On 8/14 I received the email that my order was being prepared which was a Friday, so I knew I wouldn't hear anything else until maybe the following Monday how ever they did check in with me that Saturday with a courtesy message stating orders are usually filled the following week. Monday 8/17
they sent me another follow up message stating my order was still being prepared. Tuesday 8/18 around 5:45pm | received an email stating my order was shipping. Today 8/19 I received my order around 3:45 pm. The ice packs were still cold but melted and my medication was still very cold !! I won't be using the needles as I have my own. So excited to be giving compound a try after spending 449 a month since last summer because of a job change which changed my insurance. I've ordered 3 months worth of 12.5 dose and paid 334.00. Hopefully I do good on compound. I've seen a lot of great reviews about Boudreaux's. Excited to give them a try. I know it probably wasn't smart to order 3 months without trying them first but I got too excited about the price lol. Pretty smooth process overall.

It was easy to enroll in their Tirzepatide weight loss therapy. Great to have provider on standby, very responsive to messages. Shipment was fast, price was very good, meds arrived well-packaged.

The intake process was very easy and well setup. I live in Texas and everything was handled in the messaging portal. The communication was great.and questions were answered promptly. Great service! I was updated via e-mail for every step of the process and was encouraged to ask questions. Delivery time was swift and I received my package right when they said I would. Everything was packaged neatly and kept cool with 3 gel ice packs. Definitely recommend :)

I received my Compounded Tirzepatide today and it came packaged great with ice packs and everything you need! My husband received his today as well but unfortunately his vial was shattered inside the bubble envelope.

I am so very impressed with this company! When I had questions, and asked for a phone call, the owner of the company not only reached out to me, but provided me his personal cell number in case I needed it. He spent so much time answering my questions and was so very kind and helpful. Then, I placed an order and there was a miscommunication with the provider and I didnt get the proper dose. I was able to call Brian, the owner, and he immediately got busy solving my problem, and making sure I have everything I need. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend Preventive! They're truly a top notch company, and I assure you choosing them is a wise choice!
