THE worst customer service I EVER experienced
Honestly, this company has THE worst customer service. You can only contact them on WhatsApp and if you manage to get through their useless bot to an actual person they are so incompetent they can't even add up 2 numbers together. It took me 2 weeks to get a return to them in the middle of which the idiot I was talking to claimed my order is outside the 2 week return window. It was not. You type a message and it takes 24 hours to get a reply so the conversation takes day literally. I finally got that sorted as painful as it was, and then they sent me an email saying they go the return and my money will be in my bank account on a certain day. By their own admission this was lies as no money arrived on that date at which point I contacted their customer services department which could be outperformed by a heard of trained goats to be given anther date with no reason as to why the original date was given. Again money did not arrive and so now I have been given a THIRD date with no explanation as to why the previous 2 were not right. The saga continues, and I have a feeling will end up at trading standards. Needless to say I will never shop with these fools again.
DO NOT PURCHASE! Refunded the incorrect amount & get called a liar!
I have been nothing but a loyal customer over the past few years, however I will never be purchasing from here again! I queried one of my orders due to the refund amount being incorrect, I contacted via live chat daily and the message I received was 'Your refund is still be processed' so after a few weeks I took it upon myself to email customer services, to then get told it is too late to query and that they apparently refunded me the correct amount. Then asking for evidence that I returned all the items? Who takes photos of every parcel and item they return? I have been nothing but a loyal customer and now I have lost out on MY money because apparently I am a liar! So so disappointing.

STILL WAITING. STILL GETTING EXCUSES. STILL FEELING THE DELAY TACTICS. GLITCH IN SYSTEM. REFUND COULD NOT BE PROCESSED WAIT FIVE MORE DAYS. ALREADY WAITING OVER TWO WEEKS. AVOID AVOID AVOID. NICE WORDS FROM RESPONSES ON HERE, THAT DO NOT EQUATE TO ACTION OR REASSURRANCE.

Very helpful customer service. My dress arrived, but was ripped at the zip. I have a wedding tomorrow so I had no choice and sewed it up so I can wear it, but when contacting John R in customer service, he was very helpful and issued me a full refund.

I originally emailed and it took 3 days for a response. I then opted to text and Veronica replied within minutes helping me with my issue. It was solved almost instantly.

I had a great experience with plt customer service when a pair of sunglasses I had recently purchased suddenly broke. I have been using plt for quite a few years and the quality of their items are usually really good so on this isolated occasion I contacted customer service to voice my concerns. Veronica was very helpful and swiftly dealt with my issue. Not only was a new pair reordered, I was given great advice on where I could recycle the broken pair should I wish to do so. Thank you plt and specifically Veronica for providing a straight forward solution. Highly recommend x

Damaged top resolved
Veronica has been an amazing help today after I received an item that had a hole in it. She has re-ordered this for me with no extra costs and told me I can keep the damaged item also to fix or recycle. She answered all my queries and I cannot be happier with the customer service. Thank you Veronica and also thank you to Jarrel who I first spoke to about my order. The PLT team is great :)
