Couldn’t fault these guys, they were great from start to finish. Very impressive service from first point of contact over the phone to picking up the car on time as promised. My wheel was diamond cut, but no issues, even colour matched my coloured inner with no problems. LOOKS LIKE A NEW WHEEL

I was put through to this company via MyPremiaSolutions. I contacted them to arrange a date, the earliest date they had was a month away so I decided to not proceed as I needed 4 alloys doing.

Lo and behold after about 20minutes in a fortunate turn of events they give me a call saying they can now magically fit me a lot sooner. How convenient given the payday of 4 alloys was at risk

So, I was advised the day before that I was booked in for a PM slot which is 12:00-18:00. 12:45 arrived and nobody was here.

To cut a long story short I spoke to 2 people over the course of a few hours who advised they weren’t able to get hold of the technician.

After speaking to the 3rd person at 15:00 she got in touch with the technician (who’s apparently has bad signal all day) who advised he’s running behind and is over 2hours from me therefore they can only reschedule my appointment

This was and is very dissapointing, I’d arranged to have the car in all day to accommodate this.

Fantastic service, the wheel looks like new again.

My car was dropped off by the car dealership and Prestige Wheels worked their magic on changing all four alloys to gloss black. Really happy with the speedy turnaround and the attention that’s been given for the end result. Would use them again!

Prestige Wheels did a great job on my alloys. They were looking a bit shabby and after the work was carried out over two days they now look amazing taking my car to the next level in my opinion. The price was reasonable and I am really happy with the work carried out on my car.

I used Prestige wheels to refurb my Ford RS alloys as they were looking tired and quite frankly making the car look a mess, so I booked it into prestige and optioned for anthracite grey metallic, cannot fault the service or quality job they did on my wheels all with a 24hr turn around. Fantastic job

Took the kerbed wheel off the car put the spare on phoned me when it was ready then swapped them back over painless the wheel now shows up the other 3 so may be going back again

I was reserved about the idea of payment up front, but they were easy to arrange, in spite of me needing to delay for a month. They were also very accommodating in getting the work completed before a deadline. Most importantly of course, the diamond allow refurbishment made my wheels look like new and fixed the long-term slow air leak I'd had for 12 months...

Car failed the MOT on 2 hairline cracks on the alloy wheel. Contacted Prestige Wheels and received great customer service from Ben. Took my Mercedes in and they swapped the damaged wheel for a spare so we could still use the car. Great comms throughout and after a few days swapped the repaired wheel back and the car then passed the MOT.

Just had the near side front wheel refurbished for my Renault Austral. What a fantastic company to deal with, from booking the car in, the work being completed and outstanding turn round to the amazig driver Daz.
Would recommend these guys every time.

Everything from start to finish was completed quickly and to a very high standard. I dropped the car off after a short phone call, everything was explained to me regarding the refurbishment process, I had some scruffy looking AMG wheels in black which I have had changed to silver and the difference is amazing.
The quality is as good as new and all completed in 2 days.
Highly recommended team, thanks so much.
