I’ve been looking for reliable online stores for watches—and I’m glad I found Prestige. Living in the province makes it hard to find a physical branch nearby, but Prestige made online shopping easy and convenient.

I found exactly what I was looking for, and at a much cheaper price compared to department stores and even Seiko’s official online shop. I didn’t expect fast delivery, especially since we’re in Negros Occidental, but the watch arrived in less than a week via LBC. That was a pleasant surprise!

Communication via email was also very responsive. They provided a tracking number and regular updates, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process.

10/10 customer service. The staff were professional and accommodating with correcting the mistake on my receipt. Delivery was the same day and I got to enjoy my purchase asap.
Only one mistake was they placed the wrong delivery for the courier. The courier then was able to drive to the correct delivery address to me once he found out he went to the wrong location.

Sales agent was fast to respond and the pricing is lowest on the market for the baby alpinist I bought. They were also very clear about the payment details and how long they can reserve the watch for me. Overall, the transaction was very smooth.

I just found out about Prestige Timepiece Center / Symphony by Prestige online as I was looking for a Seiko SNE497P1 and they had one last piece in stock, probably the last one sold by an AD in the Philippines! I immediately inquired about the availability of the item and they were kind enough to lead me to their branch that had the unit. Went there the next day, and the rest is history! Now about the experience:

- Symphony by Prestige in Ayala Malls Manila Bay is a great place to visit as the location is not as crowded as other malls and parking won't be a hassle. The store is located at the 2nd floor and you'll see it immediately when you use the escalator.
- They hold a fine collection of Seikos (as well as other brands), and they offer great deals on top of 0% interest installment plans!
- The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their items (Ms. Jeremay and Ms. Neri). They were very patient with me and we were treated as first class customers.

I will DEFINITELY order from this store again! Next on my list: Turtles and Samurais!

They have an extensive inventory of limited , hard to find Seikos . Always accommodating my price request . Stanley and his store staff are so friendly and helpful. Ships watch internationally quickly.

Placed an order online in the morning and Prestige reached out via mobile and said they would book a GrabExpress. They contacted me again later in the day and notified me that no riders were accepting so they asked if I would prefer LBC. I agreed and they shipped it out within the day. The watch arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. Overall, very satisfied with Prestige and would definitely buy from them again.
