The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. When Fedex delivered my order to the wrong address, Jasmine was SO on top of it. I have ordered from numerous companies, but never had the level of service I got here.
What a shit show!! I have tried twice to order from this site and something always happens. It’s a complete waste of time to order here. Please read their response and like they learned again how incompetent they are. I tried to order twice on Apr 14th 2026 and Apr 18th 2026 and both times they’ve had to give my money back. I paid when I ordered. They claim the first wasn’t received within an hour. The second one had to have been and it was a confirmed order.

As clearly outlined during checkout, orders must be paid within 1 hour or they are automatically canceled by our system.
Because the payment was sent after the cancellation, it was promptly refunded.

Just a heads-up, though—if you order on weekends or use different names or accounts, it can delay your delivery. We’ve never had issues since we’ve kept it consistent and followed their guidelines, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. Overall, we trust them completely and can’t recommend them enough! I purchased bpc-157 and tb-500 now two times and am very happy with the results. They had great fedex fast shipping, communication was good and everything arrived exactly as expected. I will def order again in the near future
