Fabulous service and so happy with the valuation

Prestige provided fantastic customer service and went over and above by actually calling me - after I had said I couldn't find the certificate of authenticity. They guided me to exactly where the certificate was, tucked away in a small pocket of the handbag.

Great communication all of the way though and the final product was exemplary - exactly matched the photos and description.

My wife was delighted with her Chanel handbag, which says it all!

Found the exact product I was looking for online at Prestige. The goods arrived perfectly as described, the very next morning. My wife was over the moon.

I had a few watches that were gathering dust and not being worn so decided to take them to Prestige In Richmond. Justin was super helpful and it was all done same day from taking them in, having them authenticated, offer and payment. Incredible service at the Richmond branch. Bonus was while i was, there the founder James Constantinou (from the posh pawn tv series) was visiting the store- was such a nice guy and easy to chat to.

I had a disappointing experience with the Chelsea branch. The valuation offered was significantly lower—less than a quarter—compared to other places, where I was offered much higher amounts. Additionally, one team member was quite rude and aggressive, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I found the service to be lacking in professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend exploring other options where customer care and fair valuations are prioritized.

I had 2 watches which I no longer wear and I wanted to sell, so I visited the Gracechurch Street branch of Posh Pawn. The service was friendly, professional, and they were very knowledgable about the watch models. I would highly recommend Posh Pawn and would definitely use their services again, an excellent company and great team.

Sharna was a delight to deal with and overall experience was smooth, communication clear along the way and very human, which is a rare occurrence nowadays. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy or sell.

Immediately greeted by friendly staff . Only had a few pieces of gold jewellery to sell that had been in the cupboard but wasnt made to feel uncomfortable.

I was curious to try Posh Pawn in Gracechurch Street, and took a ring to them just looking for an estimate. I was met by Rebecca, who was absolutely great, very knowledgeable, friendly and very open about my best options. She made some great observations that hadn’t occurred to me and I consider myself to be fairly clued up. She made me a very fair offer, and considering the options of selling the ring privately and the hassle that goes with that, it was easy to accept the offer and leave with cash in an envelope! I was in and out within 20 minutes! A great selling experience and I’d definitely recommend Rebecca & the company!
