Wonderful helpful staff in the Manchester store
Quick and easy process

This company is fair but I wouod say a huge difference in who serves you

My first contact a few weeks ago I did not find the staff very helpful or knowledgeable

Today I spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful and we made a deal

I would say they are a fair company with offers on the low side for bags
I cannot comment on anything else they buy as it’s my first dealings with them

Very smooth and professional, Theo was helpful and the communication was the top. I had a very expensive items and I trusted him to leave them with him so he can get a full price. Business transaction was very easy. Thank you. Nabil
