First time visiting Posh Pawn in Richmond to sell an unwanted watch,
I was very pleased with the quote that Justin gave me.
The staff were very polite and helpful, i have no problem
in recommending this store to anyone who wishes to sell
jewellery or watches.

for the second time was dealing with Deanna. She was very nice, polite and helped me pawn a few items.
I enjoy going to the Hatton Garden shop. All those shops with beautiful jewellery!
I could walk around there for hours, admiring pretty jewels. The Posh Pawn shop feels cozy. I feel confident about Posh Pawn as their solid reputation is well-deserved. Excellent Customer Care!

ISBN into the Guildford store a few times and I have purchased something which I have the receipts for I also received very poor customer service and rude from the members of staff I do not recommend this and this is my personal opinion

First experience in a pawnbrokers and will not be my last. Exceedingly friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. I believe I was given very honest opinions and prices on the items I took in. Once agreed what I wanted to sell, without any pressure, I chose to have the money transferred to my bank account and it was in there almost immediately. Great service and amusing to sit in the shop next to the lifesize horse with suit of amour sitting on it! (Hatton Garden branch). Would definitely recommend.

I Would like to report how extremely helpful your assistance was when I went in to the Richmond Branch ,
I went in the shop, she welcome me in and we started a guessing game as to where we were from . Me being black and her a brown completion , I try to guess which country she was born.
After that she help me to decide which hand bag was correct to buy .
If it was not for her helpfulness I would not have bought the hand bag .
