My Experience with the Loughton Branch

I would like to share my experience with the Loughton branch.

My first experience was with Amie, and although I was initially apprehensive, her courteous, knowledgeable and caring approach immediately put me at ease. She spent so much time with me and truly went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I have since returned to the branch and once again received outstanding customer service from Amie, Sharna and Vilma. They make a wonderful team, and their professionalism, friendliness and individual care towards their customers are exceptional.

It is so refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service, and I would like to thank all three ladies for making my experiences so positive.

I took a brand new never been worn Chanel bucket bag with gold hardware to their Liverpool Street store. This bag had the box and dustbag and was currently on the Chanel Website priced at £5,860 and three long mint condition Chanel vintage necklaces from the 1980s Carl Lagerfeld Era (the most sought after period for buyers) one necklace was a 40inch Baroque feberge egg design peice so rare l couldnt find another one anywhere on the Internet in those specific colours there was only one seller online that had one identical peice in pearl. They called me the following day and said there isnt much demand for bucket bags and offered me £600 for all of it!!! £300 for a brand new Chanel bag is wild, and £100 per necklace is just ridiculous.
This was so insulting when l knew they would immediately list the bag for 2.5k and the necklaces for at least 1k each! I politely said thanks but l think ill keep them. Never will l take anything to them again. I will now sell my other chanel bags and birkins and massive chanel vintage jewllery collection with Southerbys or somewhere that appreciates the value of these types of things.
I cannot remember the date l went in as it was just over a year ago now so l selected the date time frame it allowed me to on here.

The service I received at the Richmond store was absolutely brilliant. The staff are kind and really listen to your needs.
The transaction was fast and smooth.
I can’t thank them enough.

The Assistant Manager Theo at Hatton Gardens was super efficient. He has a very personable approach. His customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend Posh Pawn.

Kara was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me through each stage . Maybe I could have had a marginally higher offer, but I was saved from taking photos, packaging and sending items off for valuation. Payment quickly appeared in my account after verification.

Informed by a friend it was worth going. Went and visiting and the branch in Guildford and they were truly professional and helpful
