Amazing experience from ordering to completion
From the first time we walked into the beautiful showroom, to Paul and Alan fitting the quartz worktops. We have been very pleased with it all. Disappointing after care service
Our quartz tops are only 16 months old and the sealant in parts now requires resealing. The warranty on the sealant is only covered for 12 months or they can reseal for £120! Formal complaint now raised, not acceptable considering the amount of money spent. Very unhappy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the resealing quotation.
As explained in our correspondence, the sealant applied during installation carries a 12-month workmanship warranty, which is standard industry practice.
Sealant is considered a consumable material, as it naturally degrades over time through normal use, cleaning products, and temperature changes.
The Itastone warranty applies specifically to the quartz material itself and not to consumable components such as sealant.
That said, we have offered a goodwill option to either reduce the reseal visit cost or provide a complimentary tube of matching silicone for easy self-application.
We always aim to provide a fair and transparent service and remain happy to assist you directly should you wish to proceed.

Amazing….if I could 6 stars ⭐️I would
From the moment I walked through the showroom doors to the final fit, the service I received was absolutely incredible.
The entire process was completely stress-free. I had so many questions along the way, and every time I called they were answered professionally—nothing was ever too much trouble.
The showroom itself is amazing, with so much choice, and the layout makes everything easy to view and compare. The showroom floor staff were extremely helpful and gave honest, expert advice when I couldn’t make decisions myself—which really showed their experience in what they do day in, day out.
The gentleman who came out to measure was super informative and immediately put us at ease, especially as some of our walls were out (as most houses are!). He made sure the kitchen would look symmetrical and beautiful.
On the day of fitting, the process was slick and incredibly quick—I couldn’t believe it. Kie and Chris were second to none.
I would one million percent recommend Prestige. Their prices were also very competitive.

Fantastic service, stunning product
Absolutely love my new quartz worktops. The service from start to finish was superb, we just missed out on getting them fitted before Christmas but the time from templating to fitting was still so quick. Ian, Grant and Brad did a wonderful job fitting them, professional and friendly and tidy. The quality is amazing and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Definitely recommend!

Quartz-tastic Job by Ian, Grant & Brad!
If fitting quartz worktops were an Olympic sport, Ian, Grant, and Brad would be taking gold, probably while sipping their coffees (all with milk, two with two sugars, and one with just the one!).
The excitement started early when the paparazzi turned up before the team arrived! clearly word had got out that the stars of the quartz world were on their way!
Their colleague absolutely nailed the measuring, and this trio took it from there with precision, skill, and plenty of good humour. The result? A flawless quartz worktop that fits so perfectly, I’m half convinced there was a bit of magic involved.
They worked efficiently, tidied up brilliantly, and kept the atmosphere upbeat! honestly, it was a pleasure having them around. Who knew a kitchen install could be this entertaining?
Huge thanks to Ian, Grant, and Brad for their top-notch craftsmanship, excellent caffeine coordination, and celebrity-level service. Highly recommend this crew if you want a perfect finish and a good laugh along the way! 👏

Heswall office reburb gets the prestigious finish
What a great company and team! Ian, Grant & Brad fitted out our new office with some beautiful 20mm sleek white quartz tops, office looks 10/10. Super quick turnaround from templating to fitting, 3 days (could have had it sooner as well). Highly recommend & very professional service. Price is also very competitive, there is a reason everyone uses them!

What a service from Prestige from the minute I spoke with Paul in the showroom to Alan and Paul coming to fit our worktops nothing was too much trouble!

Wow wow wow what can I say I am in…
Wow wow wow what can I say I am in total love with my granite worktops I had fitted today they are a dream I was undecided between 2 different worktops but so glad I went with gold mist I’m blown away with how beautiful it is.
The choice is unbelievable in the show room the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the to lads that came to fit it ( Craig and Elliot ) were so friendly and have done an unbelievable job I have a large island and everything is fitted to perfection a credit to you company
