Forget the scaremongering about Cyprus. This beautiful island is very much open for business and you will regret it if you don’t visit.

We have forgotten how many times we have visited and stayed at a Prestige Bookings villa, but whichever one we stay and whatever time of year we come we never have a single complaint. The villas are always spotlessly clean, well appointed and with all of the things that you could wish for to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

It was just over a week for us this time in Eframia Ena, a lovely three bedroom villa on the edge of Peyia and very close to Coral Bay. The villa has a wonderful view of the sea across an olive grove and vines immediately in front of the villa. There is a really large outside area around the pool with sheltered outside eating area, brick built BBQ and sink with preparation area as well as a table tennis table and pool area, along with sun loungers and sun shades.

A large inside lounger with great kitchen space and three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and to top it all a lovely large first floor terrace perfect for sundowners.

Oh and the news about Cyprus not being safe? Total rubbish. We had a full flight out to this beautiful Island and never once experienced any issues whilst we were there. It felt as safe and welcoming as it always has for us in over twenty years of travelling here. The food is wonderfu, the people so welcoming and friendly and Prestige Bookings’ villas are an absolute delight to stay in, so much so we are coming back out again for two weeks in September!

Great villa, well equipped and located. Gerry and the team were very helpful and provided all information required.
Our advice, take a Fire Stick, makes the evenings early in the season much better when you're staying in.
Despite what you might read in the UK news, we felt totally safe and had no concerns over the issues in the Middle East.
We'd go back, without question.

Our Easter stay at this beautiful villa in Pegeia was absolutely amazing! From the very first day, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — he met us in person, walked us through everything in detail, and was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring.

The house itself exceeded all expectations. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need — even a baby cot, which was a wonderful touch. You could really feel that every detail had been thoughtfully prepared for guests.

The location was equally perfect — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by the charm of a small village. The garden was a true highlight, filled with citrus trees, beautiful flowers, and even friendly cats that added so much character and warmth to the place.

Overall, this was an unforgettable stay. Everything was just perfect, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming holiday experience. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an incredible one-week stay as a family of 14 at Arteousa combination, booking both villas together. The properties are finished to a very high standard, with two villas, two pools, and eight spacious bedrooms—each with its own ensuite—so there was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.

The villas are extremely well equipped with everything you could need, including bean-to-cup coffee machines, dishwashers, and washing machines in both properties. There’s a real sense of space throughout, and the outdoor areas are just as impressive. Outdoor built bbqs and washrooms and more than ample car soace.

The sea views are stunning, especially from the three sea-facing bedrooms in Ena, each with its own balcony.

The location is peaceful and private, with electric gates and security features adding to the sense of comfort. While it’s only about 2 miles from Coral Bay, you’ll definitely need a car—especially for supermarkets and supplies, which are a little further out. The airport is around a 40-minute drive, which is very manageable.

Gerry was a fantastic host—always available if needed and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. His recommendations for food, trips, and sightseeing were spot on. He also kindly arranged an early check-in and late checkout for us, which made a huge difference given our flight times.

We’d also add that some of the media portrayal of Cyprus is completely overblown—the island is beautiful, and the people are genuinely warm and welcoming. We didnt feel any sense of any danger regarding the ongoing conflict in the middle east.

On Gerry’s recommendation, we visited a local village for a traditional meze at Getonia and left feeling like part of the family—the meal here was absolutely fantastic and the hospitality unforgettable. We also visited Spilies Tavern Bar, again recommended by Gerry, where the food and hosts were equally amazing.

The only minor downsides were that the internet was quite slow—something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with teenagers or planning to work remotely—and the PIR sensors for the alarms are quite bright, which can be a bit noticeable if you’re up during the night. Small things, though, and nothing that should put you off.

Overall, an amazing stay—we only wish we’d booked for longer!

The villa is still a lovely place to vacation. However, a few things have changed over the years. The overall condition is showing its age, and the house is in need of some renovation. There's water damage to the ceiling, the patio slabs are often cracked, and some tiles are damaged. Generally, it's no longer in pristine condition.

Gerry is a wonderful host and handles all inquiries quickly and reliably.

We'll be back in the fall!

I was apprehensive about going to Cypress but shouldn't have been it is totally safe no noise just sunshine peace and quiet
The house we stayed in Coral Bay was lovely and spotlessly clean the service we got from Prestige was excellent advice on restaurants and where to go they did everything to make our holiday more enjoyable

We have just returned from another most enjoyable extended winter holiday at Villa Andrea, every bit as good as our first experience. The villa itself provides a full range of amenities including spacious living accommodation of the highest standards, alfresco/BBQ facilities, good size swimming pool, as well as a beautifully maintained herb/fruit gardens.
The villa is ideally situated a short distance away to Coral Bay , sandy beaches, restaurants and much more. Prestige Bookings under the Leadership of Gerry, Angela and Team provide a level of customer support second to none from arrival to departure.
During our stay we found no evidence to support recent media reports that Cyprus was embroiled in the Middle East conflict, to the contrary our holiday was a relaxing/enjoyable experience. As far as we were concerned it was business as usual.

Beautiful accommodation. Very friendly and easy check in and out. Gerry is very helpful.
The property is in a quiet location which we wanted. A walk to the local village was great. The fruit trees at the property were amazing, we picked fresh each day.
The amenities were perfect for our getaway and to celebrate the New Year.

Recently stayed in Villa Avyana with family to take in the new year! We all had a fantastic time using all facilities that is included, our grandchildren loved the cinema room, although all adults loved this too.. Pool and hot tub was lovely and a perfect spot for watching the sunset..
Gerry is very attentive to all enquires when contacted and resolves any issues that occur quickly.
This is our second time booking with Prestige and both times have been great.

A lovely luxury villa near coral bay Cyprus. From arriving at Pathos airport where we smoothly pick up our rented car to being greeted by Gerry at the villa who showed us around explaining how to use all the facilities and stating he was there anytime to sort out any issues. When then enjoyed a very relaxing stay over Christmas and new year. Great location for coral bay and pathos. All in all absolutely nothing bad to say about this really nice villa and the people we dealt with.

arriving at this amazing villa was fabulous from start to finish. we were greeted on arrival from Gerry who talked us through the property and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

What a beautiful villa! Absolutely perfect for three generations to enjoy a wonderful family holiday together. Gerry was super helpful with his personal recommendations, and we also made use of the excellent app which had all the information we needed in a few quick taps. This was our first holiday with Prestige Bookings, but it will definitely not be our last!

Spotless clean nice spacious 2 bedroom villa . Beside the village which had a few nice restaurants n a well stocked supermarket.

Met by the host upon our arrival to the villa. Explained everything we needed to know about the villa and its surroundings. This was very helpful. Prestige Bookings also use an App for your phone which gives you everything you need to know about the villa, the best places and restaurants to go go to and how to get from the airport to the villa by using google maps, very good idea. We were a family of 10 on this holiday and Villa Aretouse had plenty of room for us all with a fantastic pool area with very comfortable sunbeds. We have used Prestige Bookings villas now for 6 holidays to the Coral Bay Area and have booked another for next May 2026.

O vacanță de vis cu Prestige Bookings în perioada 14/10-19/10, care își merită pe deplin 5 stele. Ajunși in aeroport,am avut mașină închiriată cu care am putut ajunge la destinație vila Diana Heights,o locație care ne-a fascinat prin curățenia , mobilier , dotări ,tv cu programe românești,seif, alarmă, bucătărie complet echipată,dormitoare spațioase....totul la superlativ,iar că bonus in frigider am avut pachetul de bun venit (mâncare băutură și suc) puse la dispoziție de Gerry și Angela, două persoane deosebite iar pentru asta nu pot decât să le mulțumesc. Ca un ajutor din partea lor ne-au făcut și un traseu cu locurile frumoase de vizitat atât în Paphos cât și în împrejurimi. Cu siguranță anul viitor voi mări sejurul la minim 10 zile.

What a fantastic stay we had at the beautiful Aretousa Ena villa! We were greeted by Gerry who was extremely welcoming and friendly, he showed us around the villa and explained all that we needed to know, as well as providing a welcome folder full of all the information about the area and recommendations for local restaurants and day trips. We opted for the welcome pack which was a lovely bonus after a late flight.

The villa itself was stunning, everything you could ever need and to such a high standard too.
One of the things we loved the most was the amazing views from every area! Sea views, Mountain View’s and the most beautiful sunsets.

The location of the villa is great, just a short drive to coral bay strip and the beach as well as local excursion companies and supermarkets.

Overall we had the most perfect time and we are currently looking to return to a prestige booking villa very soon!
